This almost seems too good to be true, so a smaller play...

Montreal @ Toronto over 25 2nd half (1.5 units -110)

Put my money on the Als -3.5. Doesn't look so bad right now but I'm never confident with them.

Alouette's kicker just got tossed from the game... the kicker... unreal... though the Alouettes are up 18-10, I'm not real confident that they're holding this lead, particularly without a kicker for the 4th quarter... some jerk on Toronto took a cheap shot at Duval and he retaliated... both guys tossed... still about 12 minutes left, but to me, it feels as though the Argos have all the momentum.

Little OT, but Scott, how many freakin' AFL kickers are playing pre-season NFL ball now? I saw Bironas and Remy... obviously Jay Taylor outdid his stay in Tampa, but could this be a bit of a trend with AFL kickers getting chances in the NFL?

I too thought with Duval's out, we were in trouble. But we just got a good punt.

That single in 3rd quarter might become crucial.

You can tell points are at a premium because of Toronto not conceding the single and running the ball out to like the 3 yard line... So Allen is gonna lead them all the way down the field... I like where I am regardless, as should Toronto tie this game, I'm winning my 2nd half over. If they don't, I'm winning with the Alouettes SU. Ultimately I get a nice little 25-18 Montreal victory and cash them both, but I'll be content with anything but a 19-18 Toronto victory at this point...

Alouettes with a big big stand here, all but assuring me a "one or the other" situation that I am quite content with.

I saw Bironas, but who is Remy Hamilton kicking for?

Duval got hit from behind right as the play ended. He retalliated, and punches flew, so each got a 10 minute misconduct and a match penalty. No power plays.

One last shot for the Argos with about 40 seconds left

Remy's a Ram... and he's the only kicker tonight thus far... does he have a job?

Toronto flopped at the end of this one, but I feel as though I had it right and don't regret betting over in the 2nd half of this one. It was a nice little safety net, and it assured a profit on a game that I wasn't so sure about heading down the stretch. Now we need the Stamps and some big time points in the night cap to lock us into a solid spot headed into tomorrow night's crapfest.

Real fast start for both squads... too bad the Stamps didn't put their drive in the end zone... 7-3 Lions after a scary possession by the Lions that almost ended in nothing after having 3 cracks from the 1....

Calgary's new center has had 3 bad exchanges, two of which have been picked up by BC, but lots of points already and more on the way. 14-3 Lions, inside Calgary territory.

Man Calgary, you're KILLING ME here... 21-3 Lions after another Burris fumble that goes the other way for 6... but on the plus side, it's only one more score for my first half over.

At least you have the total Guru. :103631605

BTW Fezzik picked Calgary-6.5 since he saw the BC game last week and said they didn't look like a 6-0 team.

Honestly, I could care less what Fezzik thinks, regardless of his track record. I understand that he's some sort of gambling legend around boards, but I don't let one man's pick on one game effect me whatsoever when I'm capping. Though I ask for people's advice I won't bet solely based on what someone else thinks when I'm capping the games myself. Information is one thing, but I'm not changing/making a selection because someone says "take such and such a side"

Calgary's still gonna compete, and I believe cover in this game... but I don't think they're gonna have enough to win. Over and the Stamps in the 2nd half will likely be the play... 1st half over has cashed.

Does he have any idea that Casey Printers was the QB in that game and not Dave Dickenson... I take what Fezzik says with a grain of salt in this league after that comment...
