The thing that is bothering me about Kansas St. so far this season is they can't run the ball, and haven't been able to stop the run... They only had 30 yards rushing to Louisville's 300 the other night..In the first week they had 165 rushing against North Texas..But they also gave up 105 rushing. Which isn't the Kansas State on defense that I used to know. ULL on the other hand is a good rushing team. They had 400 yards rushing last week against Kent State. And they played Illinois very tough holding them to about 350 total yards... About 200 yards less than Mizzou held them to.. ULL had a bad first week against Southern Miss..But that was their first game. And ULL turned the ball over 4 times in that game. I think this ULL team is pretty game. And this will be a sandwich spot for KSU between Louisville and Texas Tech. So this one is a little bit of a tough call.
BP...By the way i knew what happened in the Houston game when I capped this. I also know that the 700 yards that OSU gained was the second highest in school history. OSU also turned the ball over 3 times in that game. And they were basically playing a team with a new coach and new system that would have been hard for any team to prepare for with only a game film from a division 2 opponent to go on. With a bye week to study film OSU should be much better prepared on defense this week.

I had them on my card until this afternoon...I got out of the play because O'Brien announced today at his press conference that QB Russell Wilson (the one good QB they have) is out for this game along with their best LB...I'm not as concerned about the LB as I am with Wilson...I can't put money on NCSU knowing that Harrison Beck will be leading this team...otherwise, I thought they were a great play...

yep, funny how much we think a like...it is very apparent to me that Wilson is a terrific QB who makes a difference...without him I feel they are not the same team...
