i hate doing this and im first one to bet against phils this year.........i have to take Phillies +112 here, i think this one is all about hitting and phils been the better hitting team in this series, mets got lucky to get one yesterday........

I feel like books are daring me here to dare lay a penny on Billingsley . I dont know if he still has it but as a Dodger he was awesome when pitching in Philadelphia, he likes this park..........

In 5 games he pitched in one of the most difficult bandboxes and only yielded 8 runs in 5 games.......Im not betting him expecting 1 run given up......mets bats are a little quiet, Bartolo Colon is pitching way over his head and nothing about him says it should continue.......if Billingsley can avoid giving up 5 runs, i feel quite certain Chase utley and the all of a sudden respectable Ryan Howard will get clutch hits today, scoring some of the guys we arent hearing about, like galvis and revere who are doing good jobs of getting on base. For the first time in a while, the human striekout who was once the hottest player on team, odubel hererra is on bench..........showing me Sandberg still gives a fuck

This is just another game for the Mets, for the last place Phils is chasing a series Win at home vs the first place and hated Mets

Phillies +112 4500/5040........

bad ballpark for a day game in warm weather for a guy (fat old guy) who isnt foolong anyone with his pitches.......

phils have enough slap happy guys tog et on base in front of the one .190 hitter swinging from the left side with all his might. That guy would k vs most pitchers, but today he might just hit the 3 run homer......this total is 8 for some reason, not sure what....but if it stays under like i think it will id rather have the team more prone to hit the Multi run HR and better lefty/righty matchups

I'll ride along again. I've lost a couple times this year betting against Colon but his best days are a distant memory. Hard to believe his success continues. I don't have much faith in Billingsly so I think we're gonna need at least the 5 you mentioned to win this one. Just got it at Plus 117. Thanks for the play. Any thoughts on the over 8.5 in the Cubs-Brewers game. Both pitchers are very hittable and Cubs bullpen has been pretty bad.

seems like too easy a formula to repeat....similar to twins/tribe cards/pirates, tex/tb......i think each of those weekend series are 2-0 on the over. Everything is starting out under pace, maybe even boston toronto where it is 4-0 , sometimes bad for a total when one team does all sc oring......i only say this because i like to check for trends, and on extremely public days like sunday baseball, i try to make sure if i go with a trend or against it , that i really feel like it is as easy as it looks

the trend i expect tp continue is Garza has real deceiving numbers vs his former team. The only number that matters to me when betting a total is that 1.12 WHIP. When i get a HR i want value for my money. I like 1.5 WHIPS if im going over. Now yesterdays game went way over and i think cubs can be imposing team to face, but i took brewers here cause i just feel like Garza figures something out today.....I could be wrong, but i feel like the brewers are not as bad as their record and the CUbs arent the public darling everything expected them to be preseason.....It could go over, but at the same price (pick em) id rather take brewers.

had to edit post cause Garzas numbers didnt copy for some reason....hope some of this helps...u might have a winning play

Thanks so much for the insight. I took the Brewers for 2 units and the over 8.5 for 1. I really like Garza when he was with the Cubs but his best days may be behind him now with a 1.50 Whip this year. Hendick's has looked like a poor man's Greg Maddux at times but he hasn't made it out of the 6th all year and I like my chances for the Brewers to score of the Cubs pen. Good luck today and thanks again for the plays and info.

amazing whitesox loaded bases no outs vs rookie pitcher at home and make an out, and now one of scariest hitters in baseball abreu is 1 strike away from giving him escape route....this shouldve turned into blowout here

he grounds into a dp and game is tied 1-1....i cant imagine a better scoring opportunity to put this game out of reach..........u get 5 inn of 1 run ball from john danks and u dont convert there, the guy is about 1 month from being pushed out of rotation by Rodon, i wouldnt be surprised if pitchers in this situation ship the next 5 right down the plate as a "F--k you, thanks for valuing my lifetime contributions"

white sox get a baserunner, a bunt, and a wild pitch, to get guy to 3rd with 1 out, and hard hit ball makes Phillips lay out, cant get runner at plate......3-1 wsox....even the run line hits now if I can get some closer competence......this will go a long way to Cancelling out 3/4 of Phils loss

top 9, 3-1 wsox

i love chapman blowing save.......i just dont get how robertson gets in game gives up the 2 hits and catcher gives away 2nd and 3rd on easy to field pitch........then promptly a hard single for 2 runs....then shut the fucking other team down 123........

no big deal, had 3000+ on wsox , but the 250 on the RL woulda been nice and if closers could do anything. ill take the large win and small give back

Lucky win on the Giants for me there. Don't like being on opposite sides either.
I may join you on the Tigers, line movement making me think not to go too big though.
Good luck Zeke!!!:toast:

detroit -109 6000/5504.59

this bet was going to be 3500, steve cishek just pissed me the fuck off....i wouldnt tail this unless u are ready for an absolute blowout either way. Chris Young owns the tigers(i have no clue why), and shane greene is not very good......Ultimately i think roayls will miss Moustakas in lineup more than i think tigers will miss Iglesias. Romine in his place actually hitting .381 in part time at bats. And of course, we get the big fat slow motherf--ckers in middle of Tigers lineup that supposedly are all triple crown threats.....guess we will see
