I called too and the lady was clueless just as another poster descibed and not to mention rude. I asked if the site would be up tomorrow and she said in an irritable voice that "they are working on it" and yes that it will be fixed tomorrow. We will have to wait and see.

it'd be nice if some from Pinnacle would post here and offer some clue as to what's going on.

I guess no one from pinnacle reads here. .

yeah, RIGHT!

What is a DOS prompt, and how does one open a DOS prompt?

just tried to access Pinnacle again at 5:23am EDT, I watched the message at the bottom of the screen while it was trying to open the page, first one said www1.pinnaclesports.com/default.asp, then, still hanging, it switched to www4.pinnaclesports.com/default.asp and never came back - 'never' means I allowed 20 minutes (it's now 5:43am EDT, and I never did receive any message that the page was unavailable, my screen simply remained frozen.

Put these hackers in prison or give them the death penalty and teach them a lesson.

Lander's busy.

From the Start menu, botton left usually, go to programs (then maybe Accessories depending on version of windows) and look for MS-Dos Prompt, then click on it.

In the old days before Windows (i.e. prior to 1993, I guess) we didn't have multi-tasking windows and computer commands were entered using DOS. This is a CLI (command line interface) and there are a whole set of DOS commands for running your computer, much of it is now done by point and click or drag and click.

In the really old days there were no hard drives for DOS (disk operating system) and we use floppies.
