Schalke- AUgsburg: Schalke -1,-1.5 @ 2.02
Schalke did the jon in Euro league and qualified early from group, so now they can focus on league again. Strong at home they should beat last place Augsburg. Augsburg not good away and i dont see this changing here today.
that s all for today..i see nothing in 2. liga, Hamburg should win at home, but i still dont really trust them.

Chris, good work thus far this year. I always look at your picks and understand the historical reasons for the Koln pick. I watched most of their game last week w Bremen and they really struggled and were lucky to get out of that game with a 1-1 tie. I am just scared of pulling the trigger on them today. Can you shed some light on the reason behind the pick? Also, any thoughts on the total in that game?
sorry guys for not being around for yesterday s game..it was not only history, but i think that laying more than two goals is always too much in Bundesliga..nevertheless a loser in 88th minute, but i still like the pick.

Frankfurt- Bochum: Bochum pk,-0.5@ 1.86
Bochum playing much better football recently after very disappointing start to the season and very capable of winning here.
Frankfurt is struggling at the moment with only 3 points from last 6 games. overall they have not won one single home all season long and i dont see it happen today.

Freiburg- Dortmund: Dortmund -1 @ 1.97
a mismatch here today. Freiburg struggling big time with big problems especially on defense. they are coming of a big 0-4 loss vs. Köln and especially with star striker cisse leaving after that game they will really struggling to get away from last place. additional there are some more injury problems on defense for today s game which will not help an already shaky def.
Dortmund on the other hand will welcome back skipper Kehl and now can fully concentrate on the league and chasing leader Bayern. A win to get into the winter break will sent the right massage.
Leverkusen- Nürnberg: Leverkusen -1 @ 1.95
similar situation here only the better team plays in addition at home.
Leverkusen playing well, especially at home and Nürnberg is big injury problems especially on defenese. i expect at least a two goal win here.
Hoffenheim- Berlin: Hoffenheim -0.5 @ 2.03
Hoffenheim is coming off a nice away win and will lokk today to follow that up and get a mid tabele place through the winter break.
Berlin is struggling lately, with only one win of last 6 games. in additon their skipper is out for today s match and there is some trouble around the club as the coach will very liekely leave the club after today s game on his own decision...there must be something wrong in the club / team for that to happen, which the public doesnt know yet..but notthe right set up for an successful away game anyway.

to be honest i dont like the line. i like Hmaburg to win and finally and a trouble some first halfof the season on a positive not, but -1 is probably the right line..if you want to parlay it on the ML with any big fav you like it s probably the better play.
no play for the Wolfsburg game with leaning toward Wolfsburg. They are different team at home and Stuttgart is missing skipper Marica with suspension, but i dont trust Wolfsburg somehow.

not so much. of cause they are weaker, but Midfield organisator Schuster is out for Freiburg, which is a much bigger blow for them. i think after the loss in ECL Klopp will have his boys ready...even without Goetze. It might be similar to what i wrote about the HSV match, that there is a chance of "just winning" and -1 might be the right line, but straight up, i see no surprise here.
