in general an open game with Sandhausen on neutral ground maybe the bit better team. But special situation here after Ahlen filed bancrupsy yesterday. according to news the players salery is being paid so far and they will take part in league for the next few games, but it s unclear if Ahlen can stay in league till end of season. after some rumors about difficult financial situation the city of ahlen decided not to back up the club which led to the decision. that should be enough distraction and shock for the team to not win the game.
Regensburg- München: Regensburg -0.5 @ 1.83 !! 2 units!!
Regensburg is the muchbetter team here, being in top third of table, playing for promotion and having a solid home record on 3-1-1. Bayern München'S B team is struggling big time so far this season and is in last place. it s a quite common thing that they usually start slow in the season and be stronger later on. that is due to the fact their is a rule that the B-team are basically U23-team with a few additions of older players and the bigger teams use these teams to bring up the youngsters or give players chance of coming back after injury. Bayern usually does not really care about this team early in the season, but if required later in season they reinforce the team with a few players from a-team, so they not getting relegated.
this weekend the B-team will be severly weakened as at least 2 of their top youngsters will play for the A-team in Bundesliga. the Bundesliga team has such big injury problems that van Gaal nomonated another two youngster for the bundesliga match vs. hannover.
Regensburg would be a solid play anyway, but with München additionally weakened in midfield and offense, it s a big play and i expect the line to move big time towards Regensburg once people realize.
