I am on the USA tonight. Finland plays a defensive style, and that plays right into the USA's hands. The top line is on fire right now, and if Weight, Amonte, and Drury start to finish on all the chances they get, its gonna be the USA tonight. If Kipprusoff is on fire then Finland will def have a good chance. I just dont see Finland really getting many offensive chances or more so i dont see them finishing on many chances. I see USA 3- Finland 2. Finlands offense has not impressed me in and game yet. Good luck guys.

 

I'm on USA also, because they are at home, have more skilled players and some Finnish players have little problem with jet lag.

Finnish 4th line has been changed for this game. Riku Halh and Jarkko Ruutu are added to a squad and Mikko Koivu and Mikko Eloranta dropped.
Finnish coach said: With these changes Finland tries to be more physical that USA won't walk over our team.

i dont see how us still got a home game against russia... they shouldve both been played in canada, but russia was in the western pool so i guess that makes sense... game about to just get underway here i'm gonna have to pull for the Fin's... physical play wont last the us for the entire tournament
