I took it that she was simply spending great quality time and having fun with her dad she loved. She was not being nit picky about it much like she allowed her dad to select the horse for the big money against her choice of horse. I'd leave it FWIW.

Only thing that took me out of the moment was the football betting in Feb? I think it was

Agree - I think she looks past it to maintain the rekindling of the relationship.
