So bottom line what I posted is exactly true. You’re not worried about the financial markets yet you are the one who posted yesterday that you’re afraid to open your accounts. Lol

Seriously? That's what you choose to cite? So damn funny

Evidently you couldn't see levity if it punched you in the nose

Willie, you’re an arrogant pompous ass and always will be. I disliked you the first time we interacted on here years ago and it hasn’t changed. Of course you still don’t remember that time years ago when I asked you a simple question because I actually thought you were a smart person at the time, but you responded by just calling me an idiot. And now you jump on me just because I was right and you looked like a fool. Lol

You got game, typical angry liberal. I'm sorry I laughed (and laugh) at you calling me out, don't let it ruin your day

The policies you advocate cause much bigger problems for the world

You guys are of course correct about the long term of the market.

But significant downturns do occur.

I am a half assed chart reader and I think the markets broke down last week after a long sustained positive run.

I wouldn't begin to think how far we fall before the market stabilizes. Just because we got a pullback yesterday doesn't mean the downtrend is reversed. I don't think it is.

Just my view.

Dow Jones 8/2/24 closed at 39,737
Dow Jones 8/9/24 at 330pm (30 min til close) $39,485

While being down 252 for the week does suck, i dont think its the friggin end of the world

August is usually known to be a pretty shitty month in the market.

I hope those of you were able to buy earlier in the week when certain stocks were down. I myself, was a little to greedy and wanted a particular stock to drop a little more before i got in. Wish i had bought it as i would have picked up 5-6 points on it while i was going to pick up 150 shares.

Have a good weekend and go America!!

DJT dropped enough for more buys this week. Current avg slightly under $27. Picked up some $26 blocks, wasn't going to be upset if it dropped into the $24-25 range.

First go around, I had an average price of $21 or so. Unloaded it all between $59-$69.

I’m ready to dump some ASTS owned this over a year . One of the few I actually did well on that will wipe the losses clean

I will need to offset some good gains with a couple of bad losses. Be the year to do it , for me anyway.
