Gonna try to do so guys, thanks for the comments, makes it more motivating indeed.

Jimmy, it's too late now, but I would have reccommended you to stay away from that game. Anderlecht is the league leader but they have had some weak moments thoughout the season so far. Mechelen with 9 non losing games at home (10 now) were going to be a tough challenge for Anderlecht and they proved it as well with their 2-1 win. I was not convinced enough myself to pick Mechelen though.

Great day for me <><>

BUL-1: Pirin vs. Lokomotiv Sofia, 25x 2.85 @ Pirin -25.00
- This was weird... 0-4? right...
FRA-2: Stade Brest vs. Tours, 10x 2.15 @ Stade Brest -10.00
- Hmmm, what is going on? Tours winning on the road?
GER-1: Wolfsburg vs. Schalke, 20x 2.27 @ Wolfsburg +25.40
- Schalke did better than expected, but this was an exciting match after all. Many thanks to Grafite for his 3 goals.
GER-2: Nurnberg vs. Rot-Weiss Ahlen, 25x 1.55 @ Nurnberg +13.75
- Easy 4-0 win, hooray.
IRL-1: Bohemians vs. Derry City, 15x 3.50 @ draw +37.50
- Derry does it again, a decent 1-1 draw to cash in the draw.
ITA-1: Ascoli vs. Piacenza, 10x 2.25 @ Ascoli +12.50
- Congrats to Ascoli with their 7th home win in a row.
NED-1: Groningen vs. Roda JC, 35x 1.68 @ Groningen +23.50
- Roda played better than expected, but 2-0 with even several chances for 3-0 is still convincing.
NED-2: Dordrecht vs. Excelsior, 20x 2.40 @ Dordrecht -20.00
- It's about time Excelsior won on the road again, too bad they did it tonight.
NED-2: AGOVV Apeldoorn vs. Fortuna Sittard, 15x 2.05 @ AGOVV +15.75
- Winning with the smallest possible win is also a win.

ENG-1: Middlesbrough vs. Portsmouth, 15x 2.25 @ Middlesbrough
- With only 10 games to go until the end of the season this is a very important game for both teams trying to avoid relegation. Both teams seem to be aware of that by now with a couple of suprising wins and/or close results in the last couple of weeks. Middlesbrough who recently won against West Ham and Liverpool at home should take the points here.

ENG-1: Everton vs. Stoke, 15x 1.98 @ Everton -1
- Everton is one of the current in form teams in the EPL. Most of their recent wins have been against the lower ranked teams though. Stoke is another lower ranked team, which should normally be set aside. Everton won seven of their last nine home games, the others being draws against Chelsea and Arsenal. Except for the 2-1 against Middlesbrough and the 1-0 over Liverpool in extra time they have won them all with at least a 2 goal difference. Stoke has not won on the road at all this season and are unlikely to do this now.

FRA-1: Monaco vs. Toulouse, 20x 1.95 @ Toulouse pk
- Monaco is in one of their worst seasons in history and are no longer the team they used to be. Toulouse on the other hand is now a Championship contender and will try to aim to keep on following Lyon this weekend. Monaco are only four points away from the relegation zone and can only be satisfied with a win. Toulouse has only lost 1 game on the road in their last 10 appearances though. This can be either a draw or a Toulouse win.

RUS-1: Amkar Perm vs. Rostov na Donu, 20x 1.95 @ Amkar Perm
- The season is going to start today so it's hard to judge the teams. However Amkar was quite a solid home team last season, while Rostov is coming up from the second division. In my opinion these are two reasons to go with the home team. I was thinking to stake 30, but in the end it's going to be 20, just because it's the first day of the season. If you want to bet on this, hurry as the game is about to start now.

I agree it's crazy, but I do consider the French leagues to be among the hardest cappable leagues out there. So many surprises all year long.

BOS-1: Siroki Brijeg vs. Zrinjski Mostar, 10x 5.75 @ Zrinjski
- The crazy Bosnian league in which the home team has so much advantage even if the league leader is visiting. I still can't understand it altough the stats speak for themselves. Going to try a parlay in this league today as well, but I do feel that Zrinjski as the leader and as a regular exception of the home tradition is capable of cashing in the money here.

GER-1: Hertha BSC vs. Leverkusen, 15x 2.48 @ Hertha
- Hertha is the league leader and has win 9 consecutive home league games in a row now with the exception of two UEFA Cup ties (a draw and a loss). To remain the gap with the challenging teams which are close, they should win this one. Leverkusen is also challenging with just 9 points behind, but are already in 7th position. A loss today for Leverkusen would mean they say farewell to any hope they had to still be able to surprisingly take the title.

GER-1: Hannover vs. Dortmund, 25x 1.80 @ Hannover pk
- Hannover are a very solid home team with only one loss in their last 19 home games. Among those 18 non losing games there were quite some draws nontheless. But considering their league position this can be seen as a great record for them. Dortmund has not won much on the road this season and are only capable in achieving a draw in my opinion.

TUR-1: Ankaragücü vs. Sivasspor, 15x 2.60 @ Sivasspor
- The league leader visiting the 15th ranked team giving these odds is a must bet. I know that Sivasspor is normally not among the Turkish top teams and they are currently struggling a bit, but they did so against some of the higher ranked teams. If they want to continue battling for the title they have to win today and I'm confident they will.

Romanian Parlay: odds 2.55, stake 20
Otelul vs. Gloria Buzau, 1.40 @ Otelul / Timisoara vs. Gaz Metan, 1.35 @ Timisoara / Steaua vs. Poli Iasi, 1.35 @ Steaua
- Three teams that are in the highest regions of the league at home against three very low in the league. They should normally easily beat them all three and that's also what the odds are saying here. The only risk that I see here is that Steaua is having a bad season for their standard with a lot of draws, while Poli has won on the road against leaders Unirea Urziceni, however this was back in October.

Bosnian parlay: odds 5.22, stake 15
All home teams except of Siroki Brijeg to win
- This league is crazy, pretty much all home teams seem to win every round despite the teams league ranking. Of course there's a couple of exceptions, this time hopefully going to be Siroki Brijeg to lose against Zrinjski. Just a try out here, but feel free to follow.

ENG-2: Southampton vs. QPR, 10x 2.38 @ Southampton
- Southampton can get themselves out of the relegation spots today with a win over QPR. They have been performing well lately with 3 wins, a draw and a unlucky lose against 2nd placed Birmingham. QPR is a mid table team and will probably stay there until the end of the season, nothing to win for them any more, but also nothing to lose. However they still need to gain some points to make sure not to relegate in the remainder of the season now that they did not win for 8 games in a row.

ENG-2: Swansea vs. Crystal Palace, 20x 1.85 @ Swansea
- Swansea is among the teams that want to qualify for the play offs to gain promotion to the Premier League, while Crystal Palace is in the same position as QPR in the previous pick. Swansea is strong, specially at home with an 11-game non losing run including 5 wins. Crystal Palace only managed to win once on the road in the 9 last games, including 2 draws.

ENG-2: Watford vs. Sheffield Wednesday, 15x 2.14 @ Watford
- Watford with 2 games less played than Sheff Wed is trailing them with 4 points currently. They try and stay away from the relegation zone, which is 6 points away at the moment, although these teams have played more games as well. Watford seems to be safe, but a win against Sheffield will give them a more secure feeling. Watford at home is almost a guaranteed win, so why not picking them today?

ENG-3: Brighton vs. Yeovil, 10x 4.00 @ Yeovil
- Brighton wants to get out of the relegation zone and Yeovil wants to stay away from it. An interesting clash for sure, with a Yeovil side that has been losing a couple of matches recently to fall down in the table. Funny enough 3 out of their 4 last wins were on the road and with this Brighton side with 6 losses in 8 games and only one draw in 5 home games it should be possible for Yeovil again. Extra detail: Yeovil has won at Brighton the last two seasons (1-3 and 1-2) and did not lose against Brighton since coming from the non league.

ENG-3: Tranmere vs. Huddersfield, 20x 2.24 @ Tranmere
- Tranmere must be delighted after their 2-0 home victory against leaders Leicester. They are really strong at home and should also overcome Huddersfield Town that had a good run on the road in December, but failed to win any road games in 2009 so far.

ENG-4: Brentford vs. Wycombe, 15x 2.20 @ Brentford
- Although I'd like to see Wycombe win this game I believe Brentford is the team on fire in the league right now. A great clash between the 1st and 2nd ranked teams, but Brentford should be the most likely winner here. They have lost only once in their last 11 games and won their last 5 home games. Wycombe on the other hand only managed to get 2 wins in 10 road games, and their recent loss against Lincoln City would not have given them much self confidence.

ENG-4: Chesterfield vs. Dagenham, 10x 3.50 @ draw
- Two teams that played a lot of draws so far are likely to do this again. Chesterfield has only played 33 games so far, with the other teams mostly at 36 and some even at 37, so Chesterfield should probably be higher up in the rankings. They are quite OK at home with a couple of wins, quite some draws and a incidental loss. Dagenham has not lost on the road for 10 games now and managed to get 3 wins and 7 draws. Their wins were against Macclesfield, Aldershot and Port Vale, which are all lower ranked. I'm going for a draw here.

ENG-4: Exeter vs. Bradford, 15x 2.40 @ Exeter
- Two teams challenging for promotion is a guaranteed game for exciting moments. I see a favourite in Exeter as they're playing at home with a great home record despite their recent loss against Bournemouth. Bradford is capable of winning on the road, but failed to do so with only one win in 8 road games.

ENG-4: Gillingham vs. Shrewsbury, 15x 2.25 @ Gillingham
- This is actually the same situation as for Exeter vs. Bradford. Both challenging for promotion with Gillingham being the favourite because of the home advantage and the records these teams have been performing at home and away.

ENG-4: Macclesfield vs. Bournemouth, 20x 2.60 @ Bournemouth
- Bournemouth are on a roll and made of for their deducted points at the start of the league and got themselves out of the relegation zone. Now it's just time for them to start climbing the rankings, however they still need to close the gap to Barnet. Another win today would give them a chance to do so. Opponent Macclesfield has been struggling lately and also failed to perform at home.

CZE-1: Zlin vs. Slovan Liberec, 20x 2.51 @ Slovan
- Zlin is ranked the lowest team in the league, while Slovan is 3rd. Zlin only won 11 points so far and can be seen as a very weak team. So far they only won two games at home this season and managed to get to three draws. Slovan absolutely is not the best team on the road and probably that is where the high odds come from, but at least they showed that they can win on the road and I would be surprised if they would not win against Zlin.

NED-1: Heracles vs. Volendam, 10x 5.00 @ Volendam
NED-1: Heracles vs. Volendam, 20x 3.10 @ Volendam pk
- Volendam is doing really well in their battle against relegation with some close losses, but also some draws and even some wins. They also qualified for the semi finals of the Dutch cup with a road win over Roda JC. Heracles failed to win their last four home games and should be determined to win tonight, but against this Volendam side that is taking every chance to stay in the league they are going to have a hard time.

Not only Yeovil shocked me, overall it's a bad bad day for me.
Two pushes in games that should have given me quite some money. Hannover saved the push with 2 late goals, while Volendam gave it away two minutes before time. That would have been such a nice hit. Obviously this proves ONCE AGAIN that picking picks of the day does not really work for me, as somehow those picks seem to go wrong. It's not the first time that has happened. Missed the Bosnian parlay on a crazy 0-0 somewhere in one of the games, pretty frustrating to see that. I should have picked Siroki though as they delivered a win that I did not expect. Dammit....

I was on Ajax -2 for the same reason, their record, also historically vs. De Graafschap shows they're a scoring machine whenever they meet. They delivered as well, so it's all good. Feyenoord also delivered, I do believe we're on the right track again now, although next week is gonna be tough away to AZ.

- Last meetings with home team at home: 0-2 (2007), 4-1 (2005), 0-7 (2004), 2-2 (2002), 3-1 (2000)
- League info home team: 12th with 14 points in 19 games
- League info away team: 7th with 24 points in 19 games
- Form home team: 0 wins, 8 draws and 8 losses in their last 16 games, streak 3 draws vs. Esbjerg, Nordsjaelland and Aarhus

- Home team form at home: 1 win, 4 draws and 3 losses this season, streak 2 draws vs. Esbjerg and Nordsjaelland
- Away team form away: 3 wins, 4 draws and 3 losses in their last 10 games, streak 4 games without losing vs. Sønderjyske, Horsens, Esbjerg and Aarhus
- Conclusion: Vejle can't win and is only able to achieve some draws from time to time. 3 draws in a row should be a sign for an upcoming loss.

(2) ENG-1: West Ham vs. West Brom, 25x 1.75 @ West Ham
- Last meetings with home team at home: 1-0 (2008), 3-4 (2003), 0-1 (2002), 4-0 (1985), 0-2 (1984)
- League info home team: 7th with 39 points in 28 games
- League info away team: 20th with 22 points in 28 games

- Away team form away: 1 win, 1 draw, 8 losses, streak 3 losses vs. Burley, Fulham and Everton

(3) ENG-NL: Hinckley vs. Farsley, 30x 1.67 @ Hinckley
- Last meetings with home team at home: 2-1 (2006)
- League info home team: 8th with 47 points in 31 games

- Away team form away: 2 wins, 1 draw and 7 losses in their last 10 games, streak 7 losses
- Conclusion: Although Hincley is able to lose 50% of their home games they should win this one against a louzy performing team like Farsley.

(4) GER-2: Wehen Wiesbaden vs. Mainz, 20x 1.81 @ Mainz
- Last meetings with home team at home: 1-3 (2007)
- League info home team: 18th with 17 points in 23 games

- Away team form away: 6 wins, 2 draws and 2 losses, streak 4 games without losing vs. Freiburg, Kaiserslautern, Osnabruck and Nurnberg
- Conclusion: Considering the history, league position, as well as the form Mainz should win this. Wiesbaden is trying to save themselves from relegation, but this will be tough against a team, still challenging for the 1st place in the league.

(5) GRE-2: Pierikos vs. Kerkyra, 10x 2.60 @ Pierikos
(6) GRE-2: Pierikos vs. Kerkyra, 20x 1.70 @ Pierikos pk
- Last meetings with home team at home: 1-0 (2008), 2-2 (2006)
- League info home team: 6th with 38 points in 25 games
- League info away team: 5th with 41 points in 25 games

- Away team form away: 2 wins, 5 draws and 3 losses in their last 10 games, streak 2 draws vs. Volos and Kallithea
- Conclusion: Piekikos is very strong at home and therefor I don't see them losing. Kerkyra is a team that plays a lot of draws, so I'm going for a Pierkikos win, spread over a direct bet and a pk

(7) NOR-1: Sandefjord vs. Brann Bergen, 10x 2.50 @ Brann Bergen
- Last meetings with home team at home: 2-3 (2007) and 0-2 (2006)

- Home team form at home: 7 wins, 2 draws, 1 loss in their last 10 games (NOR-2), streak 9 games without a loss
- Away team form away: 1 win, 1 draw, 8 losses in their last 10 away games, streak 1 win vs. Valerenga
- Conclusion: Brann had a disappointing season last year, specially the last phase, but should be able to win against a newly promoted team.

(8) POR-1: Nacional vs. Maritimo, 25x 2.30 @ Nacional
(9) POR-1: Nacional vs. Maritimo, 20x 3.30 @ draw
- Last meetings with home team at home: 0-2 (2007), 3-2 (2007), 2-1 (2005), 1-1 (2004) and 0-1 (2003)
- League info home team: 5th with 35 points in 21 games
- League info away team: 7th with 33 points in 21 games
- Form home team: 4 wins, 3 draws and 3 losses in their last 10 games, streak 2 games without a win vs. Pacos and Setubal
- Form away team: 4 wins, 2 draws and 4 losses in their last 10 games, streak 2 games without a loss vs. Setubal and Rio Ave
- Home team form at home: 6 wins, 3 draws and 1 loss in their last 10 games, streak 2 wins vs. Guimaraes and Coimbra, 5 games without a loss
- Away team form away: 3 wins, 2 draws and 5 losses in their last 10 games, streak 6 games without a win
- Conclusion: The history shows that anything can happen in this Madeira derby. Both teams are also in equal strength based on the current league rankings. A draw is very likely as also their form is about the same, however Nacional's home form is better than Maritimo's away form. So aiming for a draw, but the home team can also win this.
