I spoke to Bill. I am the one who is suing FF. You would not believe the experience and their conduct. But, as they say, they are in Costa Rica. I have spent the last two days speaking with authorities about dealing with the ciminal elements of my situation and tightening and now filing the complaint in Los Angeles Municipal Court.

FF solicited me hard and heavy...Phone calls and such. Finally I sent some money. Was doing well. Unfortunately, their casino portion was rigged. I had programmers do countless 100 hand tests. the details are documented. I broached the subject with ff. They immediately began to threaten me. In a creapy you had to be there kind of way. I do not back down to threats. I sent them a copy of the suit. They then started putting me on power dial. They left a couple of messages. Calling me "f-face" and ending with "you'll never forget this day." That was bad enough, but then they called a relative and talked to an eleven year old girl, screaming at her, AND IT WAS FRED HARRIS." After consultations, I have added racketeering and Rico claims to the complaint. These guys are literally and unimaginably bad people. Can you imagine that they feel so brazen as to call to the USA and threaten. I can understand where they would be mildly worried about a suit, but this went too far. Anyway, I have committed to seeing this through. I have named all known defendants and just recently added a Richard Wallace. If anyone has any information about other owners or New York information about First Fidelity owners or other useful information it would be helpful but not necessary. I thought the mafioso days were imaginary. I will hold them accountable and fortunately, have the ability and governmental contacts to get the ball rolling. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Filed as of yesterday...time stamped 4:18. It will be served on their institutional ties in Miami, Florida. I will amend the complaint as I find more about the ownership. By the way they called again today and threatened. I am dead serious.

This is from Nate Evans, Director of Operations at First Fidelity. This is in response to libelous statements made about us by customer JK in California. We are not going to ge into a pissing contest with this man, this is a ONE TIME ONLY response. All future communication will be through our lawyers in a libel and defamation suit.
Customer JK recently lost over $7000 playing blackjack. He then attempted to blackmail us into paying him the $7000 or he would sue and give us bad publicity. When we refused, he assaulted our telephones Wednesday night, attempting to tie up our lines. I have my telephone records showing over 500 incoming calls from this person's "office" in a 4 hour period. When we refuse to play blackmail, this is the result.

The facts of the situation are:

1. Our casino is completely fair. In blackjack we use 1 deck, and it is randomly shuffled after each hand. I will submit this software for ANYONE who wants to test it.

In fact, I WILL OFFER A $10,000 REWARD TO ANYONE WHO CAN ESTABLISH THAT IT IS ANYTHING OTHER THAN A RANDOM SHUFFLE.

I have 15000 active customers, wouldn't someone else have noticed this by now?
I believe this settles the basis for JK's rant.

2. This is a customer who recently pulled a similar scam at Heritage where "I didn't make the plays, someone else must have" was the best he could come up with in trying to shake them down for thousands. Heritage traced the IP to same computer, and he gave up the scam.

3.After the 400th or so call, JK was told that if he had been serious about a lawsuit, his 400+ phone calls and psychotic behavior would probably ruin his chances. We recommended he get immediate attention, (and I, personally, worried that he was going to jump out a window while I was talking to him) and we called his house, informing the person who answered about his behavior and advising they get him help.

I would like to here these tapes of people, "even small children" being threatened, as I was here for the entire scene, and can truthfully state that NOTHING OF THE SORT OCCURRED.
This is simply a disgruntled sore loser, who maxed out his credit cards playing blackjack and is going to extremes to blackmail money. I have no need to threaten anyone. If JK has anything of value (I doubt it), it will be obtained in a libel suit.

I strongly reccommmend that all other books check for this serial scammer. Contact me using your book's URL and I will forward you the information.

quote:
and we called his house, informing the person who answered about his behavior and advising they get him help

FF I accept your arguement but did you really tell that to a 11 year old girl? If so you should seriously apologize and make a donation with some of that $7k.

If this guy does reside in CA, he should be aware that it is illegal for any institution to provide credit for the purposes of gambling. A few years ago a women used that argument and took her credit card company to court, refusing to pay the 70k she lost gambling online. She WON!

I am somewhat glad that ff responded. I am not going to debate this matter. All of you are able to make your own conclusions. The facts are the facts and they are nowhere near ff's representations.

They have seized my full account both sports and other. They scammed me...I have ten years experience. This is not about money, it's about a ruffshot organization...and a trick. Have any of you dealt with these people. And yes they did call 3 times so far...all is being documented. How do you scream at a little girl. Do they not think the DOJ is going to act. My actions will require patience. But it will pay off. Anybody that wants to hear a message on my machine may leave an email and I will email my phone. How can you threaten kids. Fortunately, he admitted it on the forum, but the conversation was quite different and there are tears to back it up. Anyone else had experiences with these guys, Harris, Wallace and a Nate?

They sent me some trash in the mail that included the line about being "insured by Lloyds of London" or some crap like that so I wouldn't send them a dime since Lloyds of London doesn't insure or bond sports books.

thank you banned. I will use that...incidentally, Lloyds does not insure them. I found that out the hard way. Did you ever deal with ownership.

thank you suetoneous...I did not use credit card though...never have, never will, I am a straight forward cash guy...The authorities I have spoken to are more concerned about ff's phone solicitations, mailings and ofcourse the obscene telephonic threats this week than they are with the other frauds. That is where they think they can develop this matter. I will seek a judgment just because the case is straightforward and should be easy to prove up.

and how about addressing your situation with Heritage? Or FF's challenge to show anything wrong with their casino?
And what's with your 500 phone calls?
I don't think you answered any of the things FF said about you and your actions.

Newport, you didn't dispute any of ff's claims about the phone calls and the incident at Heritage.

If this is true, your cedibility is in the toilet.

You know I'm sorry but anyone who goes on the net and allows themself to get clobbered at Blackjack is not going to get any backing from me. I mean I play sometimes, I'm not holy'er than thou, but if I'm getting killed then I frigging click that little X in the top right of the every screen.

But I think the players should take note that First Fidelity called and screamed at 11 year old girl, someones daughter, over this dispute. That is well below thug status and will be remembered.
