We need another forum so that the serious gamblers have a place to go. Right now the gamblers are in Offshore and the RR. The baseball and basketball forums are a joke. Nothing can be learned there. It's just a place for guys to brag about there temporary successes. Open up another forum called the "Outhouse" so the crap can be dumped there. Leave the RR as is just don't dump the $hit there. The guys in the RR are able to moderate it themselves as long as it's not cluttered up by every other forum's messes.
The RX is the best sports gambling forum on the net. It's nice to see that it's always improving.

I like the contests that the RX has addded in the last couple of weeks. It looks the there are more and more money contests. I think the idea of a political forum was a good idea too. I hate to keep going over the same point but as was stated by vegasguy and myself why can't the RR be changed and another forum added? There's a huge group of guys that are RR regulars that would greatly appreciate this. We've been asking for months but are always denied in the end.

To start with, lets consider this

Encourage each moderator and or employee to form there own independent opinions . If poster A has words with Mod A, mod B frequently blindly joins in. Would like to see more of Uncle's objectivity.

Fantastic job from all these guys / gals on the actual moderating, top notch.

Great work on the development of more contests and challenges. Continue to run these tournaments makes obvious sense.

Respect your audience more, this applies to you Ken. YOu literally told your whole board room how unimportant our contributions were during the hacking with your treatment of us. I am sure security concerns were a factor, but at least an e mail would have saved face to some of us.
Moreover, dont say you are going to have an answer on something or update the technology x date, unless it is really going to happen. Your word is absolute gold in my book, I hate to see it compromised with natural delays. Where are the posts I lost a month ago, was expecting an answer 3 weeks ago on that is an example. Invitations...

When you run / sponsor contests, make sure they are properly organized. Who will post picks at what time, prizes etc..

Learn from past mistakes and successes

Encourage UB to post as many rave / nude pictures as possible

Develop a better business sense and foster better relationship management with posters + books.

Huh, thanks a lot Shrink. I didn't even say anything as I have gotten the picture here. Remain quiet unless I say how good the site is and how great you and Sting are. You have paid employees and ghosts for that. When I commented it was only to let you know what I was seeing Ken, trying to help you. I have no other agenda. RPM - let me break a rule and try and reason with your for once instead of ignoring you. I know you don't have the balls to speak out on anything but will tell you what it looks like from here. Generally I find guys like you who say you hit 68%, 69%, 70% and then 71% in four years betting football are too smart for me anyway but let me try. When the owner starts before I can reply with "try not to make your agenda so obvious" that isn't exactly what I would call a fair opportunity. Would you? Since you like to speak for Ken I will ask you, what is my agenda here? I am really curious to know how I will try and be painted as a bad guy this time. Everything I say here was geared towards trying to help the place, and still is. Not to mention most of it exactly what others are thinking, instead of hiding and talking shit behind Ken's back I thought it would be best said here. Now I know why most remain quiet, they understand Ken does not want to hear anything bad that might scare an advertiser away. Tough to face Ken's program of trying to make the poster look like he has an agenda, that way Ken doesn't have to do anything to fix this sites problems as the poster is only saying these things out of spite. Heck we are fine it's guys like McIrish who have an agenda, he's bashing me and this place for no reason!!

Posters are smarter than they used to be and can see right through these old tactics. Just for once I would love to see this place spend as much energy trying to improve it as they do trying to bash people who speak out. As far as not bringing up the "history", again we will disagree. Every site, every business and to some degree every individual can not ignore their history or sweep it under the rug. Especially when it is something they don't want to hear. That old cliche of those who don't learn from history are doomed to repeat it comes to mind. The good thing about history is it shows you where you are making mistakes if you want to do something about it. This site has a poor track record on who it allows to advertise here, do something about it. Has a poor track record on a lot of things quite frankly but I will start with that one as I see innocent people get stolen from by crooks who find out about these scammers because of this site. Instead Ken doesn't want to do anything that might make it harder to accept money from a book, any book will do. For that reason we only hear good about books that are here, never the bad. It's gotten so bad now we have seen a legitimit and important thread on BoDog just "disappear" off these forums. I know you can't say anything as an employee but the excuses for it are laughable RPM. "Well err... that thread must have gotten deleted in the change over somehow". There was 50 threads and that one was in the middle of them and not one was touched but the one that had negative information about an RX advertiser? These things that the RX is saying is what hurts your credibility. Ken told Joe he would get back to him in April with an answer. When we kept bumping it someone probably said "we'll fix that" and deleted the whole thread. Just about anyone here knows this though like most things they are smart enough not to say anything and face the employees/shills blasting them. I don't care if you want to bash me for asking, where is the BoDog thread!!!?!?!

History is brought up here because instead of even trying to address old problems the same tactics are used to silence the critics. I like Ken and respect all the moderators here other than you RPM and can honestly say I enjoy this site. I have no agenda against anyone. All I ask is if you have 14 books go down with players post up money for God's sake PLEASE TAKE SOME SORT OF ACTION!!! Start a committe and look at alternatives. Toughen up requirements for books to allow them post here. Make them be open for a certain amount of time to try and protect the players. DO SOMETHING!! Openly ask for and take under consideration some thoughts from others in the industry. Do something, do ANYTHING other than swearing quality posters have an "agenda" against you for pushing for improvements. You know a person with 4 DUI's and a problem with alcohol may bitch at his wife to stop moaning about the past but what she sees is a man with a problem. Unfortunately until the man gets some help for it that may be all she wants to talk about. And heck yes it will bother the hell out of the man even though she is trying to help. History doesn't disappear, it defines what you are all about. I like this site and the reason I like it makes it hard for me to hold my tongue. I would be very surprised that Spiro and other respected books out there are not quickly losing any respect for this site if things continue on like this. I know the players are tired of it. Deleting a negative thread about BoDog because they advertise here and calling yourself a watchdog site for the players!?!?! Pathetic. I don't mean to harp on anything but fact is this place is in serious trouble the way it is heading.

I remain on the RX's side I just hope they can face the problem instead of bashing the one's that bring them to light. Attack the content of the post not the poster himself. Good day.

to be honest with you patrick, until very recently i thought you and i were "friends". someone told me that you have never liked me so i went back a few months, and i guess it was pretty obvious how you felt. guess im pretty dumb. back in the days when we were in the sports forums, you were always posting positive, friendly things in my threads, and i yours. not sure what that was all about.

now, on to your problems with the site
lets start with your bodog thread that is missing. i have asked SEVERAL times for info about the thread so that i can try to find it. no one has been able or willing to give me any.

also, i believe the general has asked you A COUPLE TIMES TO PLEASE REPOST IT.

INSTEAD OF BEING INTERESTED IN ACTUALLY FINDING IT, YOU JUST WANT TO RUN AROUND SCREAMING FOUL, THAT WE DELETED IT.

that thread was NOT the only thread effected. there were several posts in the sports forums that the same thing has happened to, AS WELL AS THE ENTIRE BASEBALL CONTEST FORUM!!! ALL WEEK 3 POSTS (the week the server was switched) ARE OUT OF ORDER BY DATE. go see for yourself.

i believe that thread is still around, just way out of order by date.

deleting threads like that is NOT OUR STYLE. YOU SHOULD KNOW THAT BETTER THAN ANYONE. REMEMBER THE OLYMPIC THREAD WE LEFT UP? YOU DIDNT AGREE WITH LEAVING IT UP, BUT WE TOOK THE HEAT, AND TRIED TO PROTECT THE PLAYERS OVER AN ADVERTISER. WE GOT BIT IN THE ASS FOR THAT ONE.

not sure where you got the number 14, but ok, if that is what it is, i dont know the actual number. all i can say about that is we have NO REASON TO WANT BOOKS THAT GO DOWN ADVERTISING HERE. unlike some other sites, the rx doesnt do any type of revenue sharing (we dont get a cut of what posters here lose at books that advertise here), so if we screw up and take a book that goes down, we hurt our credibility. THINK WHAT YOU WANT, BUT WE ARE ADDRESSING THIS.

I agree the post should be attacked and not the poster. But everyday I see a mod insult a poster when debate goes against them. It's a human nature thing I guess.

The mods here account for a good many posts but they should try to draw a line and respect the posters. Not get caught up in the heat of a battle and act like the very posters they are suppose to be moderating.
