MIni fasting is the answer.. try eating fruit in the morning once or twice a week with nothing else. cleans your system out pretty good ..try to wait till at least late afternoon before eating again..

Thats everyday. Always break-fast with natural fruit juice or fruit. It digest quicker than any other food and the enzymes help clear the residue out from your stomach
Like the fasting idea. I’ve been doing it during lent this year on Fridays, complete fast just water. But man sometimes it’s hard, sooo hungry at times. Ha ha

I like the idea of "Intermittent Fasting" (a 20-24 hour fast once per week) better than 2 weeks straight. Still detoxifies and is easier to accomplish.
Shub, I hope you consult your doctor with fasting that long and being diabetic.

Shub, I have a question on the water.. I have been using water from A Berkey for the last 3 months. It has no taste, which is good. Is that the same as buying jugs of distilled water? I want to try a 2 day fast to see how it goes.
