I have a big problem.
Yahoo projects Blount to be the 3rd highest running projected this week coming up.
And Patsfan1283 says Blount gonna eat all year long in standard scoring.

All that sounds good but JC says hes not gonna be any good anymore with Brady back.

What should I do

moving the goal post is a full blown epidemic on this site

I said he takes a downgrade with Brady, not that he won't be any good anymore.

The focus will now be the passing game again and Dion Lewis could be back in two weeks

The brees injury thing is a real deal.
Not official or anything but the organization is very worried

coming from the guy that posted Brees would be out for the season last year then he started the next week

This is general fantasy chat, right?...good...

So in my non-RX league, bummed about OBJ's and Carson Palmer's performances early, a guy posts he's ready to trade OBJ for a QB. I have Brees in that league too... No brainer for me, right? OBJ's not completely broken and though I (really, really) like Brees this year, no QB is worth not getting a top WR, correct? Half point PPR, btw.

I'd do the deal unless you are loaded at WR. Beckham seem like a bit of a headcase and might have some Terrell Owens-level personality issues but he is still gonna have a big year. Cruz/Shepherd getting a lot more targets than the secondary options did the last few years but still think OBJ is top 5-6 WR the rest of the way.

You should be able to find a QB. Some people might even have 2 good 1's and be willing to part with 1 on the cheap.

I would do the deal regardless of Brees injury though.

I know he has sucked, but actually I'd just try to get Palmer back in the deal. And if he is getting Brees he might just cut Palmer anyway.

I think he is harder to predict on a week to week basis with Brady but people are conflating this with losing value and becoming a downgrade. That is just people overthinking things IMO.

Blount's value mostly comes from the Pats crushing peo ple. His splits in double digit victories vs otherwise are huge. And the Pats are more likely to crush people with Brady on the field. Sure he would get a higher % of red zone carries with Brady out, but the Pats might just live in the RZ with Brady at QB. The overall volume of plays run will be a lot higher in that area of the field.

What were his 2 big games this year? NE blowouts vs Miami and Hou. So unless you think NE is less likely to blow out teams with Brady (I think they are significantly more likely to) then I think his value increases with Brady.

He was fine last year as long as you stayed off the landmine games where he just wasn't used at all.

Lol Cruise you really wanna jab about inside info with Chop?

The line moved from 3 to 8.5 and Vlad the Impaler is still fine dining twice a week off that game.

ridiculous trade in my league. Guy gave up Jamal Charles for Howard bears rb. surprised it got approved

the guy that gave up Charles drafted him in the second round of our draft. Howard was a waiver pickup

Not sure what happens with Charles. Could see it being a situation where Ware plays a lot.

Think Howard probably keeps the Bears job until he gets hurt even if Langford gets back.

But yeah, still a bad deal straight value wise. Why I hate leagues where you can trade for a lot of reasons, people just make very illogical deals but fantasy football is so subjective that you really can't void a trade like that. Jordan Howard is the #1 back on a team and had 130 total yards this week, Jamaal Charles is a 30 y/o RB coming off a torn ACL and has done 0 the first 4 weeks of the season.

So it is just tough to void even if you dislike it.

If I had Charles I would make that trade.
But I'm not shocked you hate though .

Haven't read much about Charles, he could obviously have close to 0 fantasy value if Ware plays a lot and Ware is pretty solid.

Depends on the guys roster or whatever, I probably wouldn't wanna give up on Charles so easily. Howard could be pretty good, just average talent but good all around player with a lot of workload like a version of last years Devonta Freeman.

Trying to trade for cooper in both my leagues as a buy low. but his owners still viewing him as the stud they drafted him to be as opposed to the reality of how he's produced. They are wanting Leveon for him in one league and Jordy in another. obviously not happening. I offered Will Fuller and I thought that was a pretty a fair trade.
