Fantastic DEPOMED (DEPO) Re-entry point.

I keep reading great things about this stock and I keep buying more and more...It seems that every morning it gets hammered down and then every afternoon it creeps back up to where it strated...I've been making some nice change everyday.

What is your long/short term outlook for this stock...I see a CC and earnings are set for the middle of March...I think we will see good things come out of that.:money8:

I agree if you can daytade thism, and have the liquidity to do it consistently, you could make out like a bandit.

Too bad I dont have that liquidity at the moment.

Long term, the product pipeline speaks for itself.

This is an innovative tenchonlogy for drug design that will steal a lot of market share away from the big 5 pharma in the coming years.

Anticipating the earnings statements as well.

I feel anyone can go LONG on this one right now and see some great returns in 1-2 years.

Earnings report just came out.. it was as expected.. no surprises.

This thing jumps around like a kangaroo.

Up .37 cents today to 6.00.

As I said before..this is a Long term hold with a good Price estimate.

Peebs I owe about more than a couple of thousand shares and still think this company is a winner...There are currently 5 analayst who follow the stock and all have strong buys on it, with a "mean" target of 10 dollars...That's just the "mean" I think this stock is a while away, but def a winner...We will see a 7's as a thing of the past and move toward that all important 10 number

The finanacials on this are pretty bad...why has revenue decreased so much yet R&D has went up, they are burning through money it seems.

Joe just curious if you bailed out of this when the huge dip happened toward the end of 06. I am still long and holding strong. The patent infringement thing they one is absolutely huge and the PPS is definately going to start correcting itself. Not to mention the Glumetza scripts are increasing every week along with all the other drugs in the pipeline.

Are you still in this?

If I had more money I would have bought when we tested new 52 weeks lows in the 2.80s and lows 3s

Peebs I am still holding a TON of stock....I just keep buying it as it dips lower I buy, BUT BUT BUT....I HATe the Mgt. and I do not think they know what the hell they are doing....LONG TERM this stock is a DEF winner....but it may be LONGER than I want...I am thinking 2-3yrs before someone finally see's what a good drugpipeline they have a nd buys them out...Right now institutions are manipulating the stock and they are the only one's making any money...I am just a small fish in the ocean...but I will keep acumulating this as a spectulative portion of my portfolio...Looking to increase my holdings on every drop...It seems that whenever there is news GOOD or bad it drops???

Joe nice to see a nice uptick this past week.. I think we just crossed one of the MAs, think it was the 50 day Ma.

A buyout is real distinct possibility. If you go on the Yahoo message board for the stock I have been following these longs for a long time and they provide amazing inforamtion. Supposedly their are tons of companies that are infringing on their patents withe XR (extended release) technology. And in the short-term the money they will make from patent infringement settlement will be HUGE!

These longs are talking about buyouts in the 10-12 range in the next year, year and a half, and some even value the company at 15-17. Wouldnt that be nice!!

Anyways, a big pharma is going to look at this pipeline and relaize that they need these new drugs in their pipeline to spice up sales.

Joe,

We got some good news regarding the Esprit payment today. They paid!!

Honestly, when DEPO moves it will MOVE, and I highly recommend to the RX financial crowd that frequents this thread to get in on this stock in the 3.40-3.60 range for what is expected to be a nice ride.

If you pull up the message board on YAHOO like I did today and which I have followed for quite some time, you will see that DEPO has been very quiet about their patent filing activities in europe over the last 6 months. The thread is called something like DEPO in EUROPE.

IMO, this stock is still a winner even though the shorts have won the battle in the last 6 months since it dropped signifacntly.

I have been long since 2005, have an avg price of 5.25 and still feel that there is HUGE upside potential with the pipline, Glumetza scrips increasing and the drugs that are approaching FDA conclusion. The hot flashes drug will be a huge splash into the market as well.

Do some reading in this everyone, but its a winner. You just have to be patient.

Add in the fact that they started dosing the GABA patients and a LOT of good news is around the corner for this stock.
