I think you could say..... it is just like a "slot machine" for sports gamblers. More like.... for people who don't feel knowledgeable to bet sports...... any granny who reads the paper can pick a few names out of a list. Very huge market for this activity. Far bigger than for sports betting.
Not to totally disagree..... but when Uncle Sam sees how much dough he can make off a site like Fan Duel..... what's to stop the government from just saying..... the hell with sports betting...... we will avoid all the controversy.... and just push everybody over into this half-assed deal and skin them that way.
Appreciate your opinion. I am sticking to my opinion about Fan Duel being more like a slot machine. And..... even if more people feel comfortable betting sports....... there won't be any legal sports betting in the lifetime of most everyone on this site...... and people will willingly move over like sheep to betting on Fan Duel or like sites.
Just mean it is easier for someone to click 3 mouses and bet a game and over time not do awful unless they are a huge degen.

time= money. and the time consumed on daily fantasy leagues are not worth the small return in daily cash in my opinion. I not only do not like it, but it is a scam. I played everyday for a week and got tired of winning $16 when it told me I was projected to win $40. Not worth the time and if you miss on one player who blows up then you lose that day. They advertise it like a get rich quick scheme to try to get you locked in. The only REAL winners here is fanduel. They try to get you locked in because they make a rake like poker off of EVERY lineup submitted. lol
its recreational and i think its fun . i have followed more nba games this year than i have in the last 15 years. just a hobby for me . my business makes me a way above average income and i just do this for fun. play golf at draftkings and football, basketball and hockey and both fd and dk . wish the rake was 5 % instead of 10 though. these sites arent going anywhere.. the leagues love them..
