To all of those reading this thread, I want you to consider re: what I said about bengals in post 98 and what the psychic said in response in post 99.

The point is that as just about everyone knows, the psychic are not "exactly" friends.

Anyways the point is that when I see something posted which seems suspect, I want more information.

In this case I asked bengals to provide it, and he did not.

Today I pointed out an instance where he did prove his claim that the psychic owed CM money and pointed it out in the name of fair play..

As you can see in the psychic's response, he used what I said for some totally illogical reason to launch on attack on me rather than saying noting

and/or admitting that I had a valid point if in fact what I said was true.

I am not going to poison the well, but as stated above, make your own judgment on 1) whether we should believe bengals about the lawsuit

and 2) you reaction to what the psychic said about me in return.

ps If i misunderstood the psychic in any way, then he should state what he meant.

I don't want to get too much involved as anyone has the right to file a lawsuit.

I do think though that sometime soon for the thread to have credibility, that we need to be told the basis of the lawsuit as several have already

requested.

I am not an attorney, although I have somewhat of a legal background and on he surface I see no basis for a lawsuit.

Further, inasmuch as in this lawsuit I don't see things mentioned such as discrimination such as employment, fairness in hiring in Administrative positions

or something where a person could be harmed in some kind of way which could be construed as racism, I/we that we have a right to know what

the central issue is of a lawsuit here.

If we are talking something along the lines of Black voters being shut out of voting, that is something entirely different.

This is a privately owned Forum, which means that the owners have the right to run it in the manner they choose.

Along the same lines, if a poster is banned by a forum for any reason, other than requesting some kind of appeal/hearing, there is very little

the person can do in the way of lawsuits for the same reasons cited earlier.

I am not trying to start another controversy here but do think that we are entitled to an explanation/clarification as to the basis of

the lawsuit.
