Still trying to learn soccer. So can somebody help me out? What's the average percentage a decent team should have as in terms of shots and shots on target? I see bad teams have higher averages, albeit lesser shots overall. And teams like England and Portugal only having like 20% on target. Do they just jack up shots hopeful that one will go in?
