I think he should take the classes and then every time he hears the word in the locker room, at practice or on the field he should be offended by the word and the players must go to the same classes he did..... Report and fine every player who uses the word! No matter if it's amongst friends or all in good fun as they say!
It never fails at this site full of racists. A bunch of white people who lead a privileged life telling a minority race that was enslaved for over a hundred years and then denied rights, beaten and lynched for a hundred more after that they shouldn't get offended when they use one of the most vile words in the English language as their ancestors did.

Thats what I'm telling you.....and I'm tired of Black employee networks, black tv, etc......if white employees came up with white employee network or came up with white television, black people would never shut up about it. Not all black people, but the ones that keep crying race are the ones I'm talking about
