I think JPs avatar is the most poignant in the entire forum.

Capn, there wouldn't have been a 9/11, and no 'controversial' war in the ME, if only Clinton had gone after Bin Laden once he officially declared W-A-R on the United States in 1998. (Coincidently, 9/11 took approximately three years to plan.)

I wonder, at times, if you are concerned with the apathy towards today's non-Clintonian gov't in its hunt for Bin Laden. Clinton, aside, don't you wonder if maybe Bush is dropping the ball just a 'wee bit' in this department?

I mean, I know you consider the war in Iraq as part of the overall war against people like OBL, but don't you think catching the Osama should be at least as big a priority?

"I truly am not that concerned about him," George Bush, March 13, 2002, seven months after 9/11.

I find all you assholes offensive...hows that grab ya.

The reason we have a mod is to be the judge of this shit...this isn't a committee.
The reason we have mod in the first place is because of doc welch.

if x's decision pisses off both sides for opposite reasons
then she probably made the right call.
frankly i think that asshole should be banned permantley.,and again doc let off with a slap on the wrist and has once again negotiated his own sanctions....where have I seen this before work to to 100% failure?

Doc was certainly pushing the envelope more recently, it could be because X and himself have a bit of prior history.

Anyway, he knows there are limits now, as for us all.

You better be careful too Mr Crunchy, and keep a lid on that Liberal passion.

If Truman had not sanctioned Israel , none of this would have happened, bla, bla, bla. You guys just love placing blame but forget to look in the mirror for unleashing this President on the world!:thumbsup2:

I think the avatar would be fine without the "clinton playing the saxaphone" part. Not only is it disrespect to a man who served our country as president, but to the victims of the WTC. Your call JP, I am for free speech so do whatever you would like but IMO it is prety raunchy. I think you should bring back the hockey mask avatar.

BDiz..

Are you for real?

BTW Cappy believes that the mission was accomplished when the "man who served our country as President" landed on the aircraft carrier 3 years ago.

The saxaphone made it poigniant and meaningful.Sad to see it go.It said so much by saying so little.

Tell the truth Base - have we accomplished anything at all in Iraq the last three years besides spending billions and good soldiers dying?

It kills me Cappy to hear you ask that. You may not feel that whats been accomplished is worth the sacrifice...but there most certainly have been many many "accomplishments".

Dropping the ball? How so? There are plenty on the hunt within Afghanistan. Ohhhhh....you mean you want Bush to infringe on Pakistani sovereignty ordering the military to cross the border? Don't you ever tire of the Kerryisms? :icon_conf

See what happens when you call Doc. bad names and push his buttons, he gets put back in the hole cause ya get him all worked up. His behavior becomes predictable and we loose all the good stuff information he posts. This trend is disturbing and I am not particularly pleased about it.

Pretty soon they won't allow him visitors when he goes in the hole and then he will be lonely, go on a hunger struck or something. So stop calling him names and pushing his political buttons, cause it's wrong and bad we don't get his good stuff posts. Thank you!

FUCK Doc... Who is that sweet little ass in your avatar QL? Damn, I would soooo hit that!

We are so gay talking about Doc when we should be telling quantam leap to post as much as Doc so we can see that beautiful ass 2000 times a day.

Internet censorship begins here. With all the garbage and obscenity that's posted here, how can mods (Xpanda being the new one) continue to ban one poster on obscenity or whatever they want to claim. All the nonsense that goes on here and Doc is contiually banned? Pleeeese, read some of this garbage on this board, the profanity, the personal attacks, and just plain nonsense. It's bad enough our government feels the need to censor and harangue our citizens, the moderators here should use some sense and quit ruining this board.
