Do you think NFL players will opt out this year with an eye on Trevor Lawrence?

Will Trevor Lawrence opt into his senior year at Clemson if the Jets get the #1 pick?

Probably a wise move.

(tongue in cheek)

I can’t prove it but I think it’s possible Peyton Manning did that when the saints were the laughing stock of the NFL work the #1 pick in the draft after his JR season not wanting to have the same career with the saints as his dad .
At least that’s what a lot of saints fans thought at the time

Whoa. Whoa. Whoa.

Dial it back. My opinions in this thread are strictly speaking of your thoughts in this thread. I don't know you from Adam. And I don't need to know you to have the opinion that this thread is not very well thought out.

You inferred that you don't care what people think of you and your thoughts. I'm starting to believe that might be BS.

Dude is pretty much joke hypocrite numero uno at this joint.
He seems a little angrier than usual lately though. Yes he cares, very fragile ego.

Now that's definitely possible.

Didn't Andrew Luck stay another year when he could have left after his redshirt sophomore year? Interesting that both Manning and Luck stayed one more year when they could have been the #1 pick. Or in that conversation. And both obviously ended up being drafted by the Colts.

And then the saints traded the #1 pick of the draft to the rams for the #10
pick of the draft and Eddie Kennison who was at best a 3rd WR .

The Saints with that 10th pick drafted a guard who was barely even projected to be a first round pick and was mostly a bust .

Then the rams with the #1 pick drafted a 1st ballot hall of famer .
So I don’t blame manning if that’s the reason he stayed 4 years

Neither Peyton or Luck really needed the money (the money is nice, i know) so they opted to have another year of school. I think Peyton recevied a Masters Degree and Stanford is Stanford
