seattle doesn't even belong here.minny blew it. but line very low imho. something wrong there.

Nothing wrong with the line. Last weeks game has no affect on this weeks line. Weather was a huge factor.
Carolina , Arizona and Seattle all about equal as far as power ratings go. Add 3 for home field.
Any line over Carolina -3 and books get crushed with Seahawks action.

Carolina -3 vs Seattle......

This game has me perplexed with the spread......Carolina should be -4.5......why in the world is Carolina fav by only 3? Carolina beat Seattle SU in Seattle as a +7 pt road dog early in the season, & now theyre only a small fav at home with a (15-1) record? Makes absolutely no sense to me.........this reminds me of a couple years ago when Carolina was a +1 pt home dog vs 49ers & lost in the divisional round I believe.

Seattle should have lost to the Vikings, nice shank job by the Vikings kicker......I definitely knew Seattle would be flat after destroying Arizona in week 17, but thought they would win by 3 points. Too close for comfort for Seattle & this may have been a wake up call for them to make that run towards another super bowl.

We know how well Carolina has played this season, & that's why I, perplexed at this small spread.......im gonna have to do some studying for this game & may not have a play. will look if I can find something to push me into playing a side.

If anyone has anything to persuade me into playing this game, please share...........I know this some info out there that has the winner, lets figure this game out!

This is the only game I disagree with you on. Seattle's post-season experience will come through this week against the Panthers.

With tge increased rate of missed extra points and 2 point conversion attempts, 5 is no longer a dead number
All that and you say 5 is not a dead number. That was funny. Numbers are solid Powerz.

But rise on game day once joe Public starts betting - I am going to wait

Good Job TCG getting the early -4.5 on NE - Just as I thought Joe P is pumping air in to the NE line after sharp money held it down all week.

GL everyone enjoy the game

GL TCG! On NE myself. Let's get em. As long as the number is under 7 I'm on them. Do not see much difference between -4.5 and -5.5 normally. Gillete is worth at least 4 points, possibly more in the playoffs so this line doesn't really add up to me. I feel the pats win fairly easily and a blowout doesn't surprise me. With that said anything can happen in the NFL, especially in the playoffs.

To be honest, i didn't know which way i was going on this game until today......i believe the low line is due to the fact Seattle has been to the super bowl 2 str years. Carolina under 3 points is a gift, & i just took it.

Carolina -2.5 (-120)..........(XX-Large)

Carolina is well rested & they're at home.......Seattle on their 4th str road game, & we all know Seattle had no business winning that game last week......yes it was brutally cold in Minnesota, but its not like Seattle plays indoors anymore.

Carolina didn't go 15-1 to get booted out in their 1st playoff game.......Seattle has a good team, & imo, we will see a close game.

Carolina 24-20 final

3 team ML parlay: Patriots ML.....Cards ML.....Carolina ML.......(Large)

Like i said, this line should have been -4.5......

Thought I'd add my 2 cents. Followed your posts throughout year, good stuff.

Arizona @ Carolina

41 passes by Palmer in last weeks game! No doubt "Cam" had MVP season. Carolina is 9-0 @ home.Arizona 7-1 road

Head Coach: Bruce Arians wins game! Difference and Coach of Year with win here.

The Arizona Cardinals announced the hiring of Bruce Arians as the team's head coach on Jan. 17, 2013. He has agreed to terms on a four-year contract with a team option for a fifth.

Arians spent the 2012 season as the offensive coordinator for the Indianapolis Colts while also serving 12 games as interim head coach during Chuck Pagano's absence while being treated for leukemia.

Some of the highlights from Arians' 2012 season in Indy:

» Led the Colts to a 9-3 record in his 12 games and helped Indianapolis clinch a playoff berth while tying the NFL record for most wins ever by an interim coach.

» Was named both "Coach of the Year" and "Assistant Coach of the Year" by Pro Football Weekly & the Pro Football Writers of America.

» Indy's nine-win improvement from 2011 (2-14 to 11-5) matched the third-largest single-season turnaround in NFL history.

» Rookie QB Andrew Luck threw for the most passing yards (4,374 yards) by a rookie in NFL history.

Luck had an NFL rookie record six 300-yard passing games and led the Colts on seven game-winning drives in the fourth quarter or OT, the most by a rookie QB since the 1970 merger.

Arians joined the Colts after spending eight seasons (2004-2011) with the Pittsburgh Steelers, including the last five as offensive coordinator. While with the Steelers, Arians was instrumental in the development of QB Ben Roethlisberger, helping him become the second-youngest QB to win two Super Bowls (26 years, 336 days). As offensive coordinator, Arians was part of Steeler teams that won three AFC North Division titles, two AFC Championships and Super Bowl XLIII.

Arians has spent 20 years as an NFL assistant coach with five different teams (Indianapolis: 2012; 1998-2000, Pittsburgh: 2004-11, Cleveland: 2001-03, New Orleans: 1996, and Kansas City: 1989-92). During his first stint in Indianapolis (1998-2000), Arians served as the Colts' quarterbacks coach and tutored Peyton Manning. In 2000, Manning totaled 4,413 passing yards and 33 touchdowns to break his own single-season franchise record.

Arians began his coaching career in 1975 at his alma mater, Virginia Tech, Arians played quarterback collegiately at Virginia Tech and was voted the team's MVP as a senior in 1974

Patriots @ Broncos

Believe a key in KC loss Saturday was QB Smith as well as deferring and putting Brady on field. 7-0 so if coin flip is called Heads by Pats and is Tails, Broncos should receive and hope for best. I can't see Broncos beating B/B twice
1st game; The Patriots led 21-7! New England WR Danny Amendola missed the game because of a knee injury. Also out with injuries or illness were TE Michael Williams, CB Justin Coleman and LB Jamie Collins. .. Broncos OLB DeMarcus Ware missed a third straight game with a back injury. Denver also was without wide receiver Jordan Norwood (hamstring). ... Manning out also

Patriots rushing in 30-24 OT loss 16-39

Running back C.J. Anderson broke loose through the snow for a game-winning, 48-yard touchdown run, and the Broncos rallied to beat New England 30-24 in overtime Sunday night, handing the Patriots their first loss of the season

2 Great match-ups
