People are talking about him cause he's performing well, if he wasn't performing well, he'd just be Victor the dog killer. Either way I could care less, people murder cows and chicken in inhumane ways all the time. But damn Burgers are so fucking tasty and dogs are so cute, so fuck the cow. Get over it people.

Humans are known to fight with each other without the help of other humans. It's cool to kill people then?

One thing some of you are forgetting is that Vick was exposed to dogfighting at a very young age. He was only 8 years old when he was first exposed to dog fighting. Do you really think he understood at that age what was going on? I am sure it wasn't even his choice, but it was a life he grew up with and as far as he was concerned it was normal. Obviously, once he was older and old enough to understand his actions, he should have stopped, but Im sure the damage was already done. Vick obviously needed help because of what he was exposed to at a very young age. He got that help, served his time and is now doing what he can to prevent others(especially kids) from being exposed to the same terrible things he was as a kid. Everyone makes mistakes in life and deserve a second chance and Vick is no exception.

im thinking the same about yourself

lol and why is that? just because I choose not to cheer for the guy? sorry I don't want to support a killer. I don't wish bad things on him I just will not root for him. I was over talking about this situation here but now people in the thread are talking like what he did was no big deal and we should act like it never happened, which irked me a lil.

Vick never killed anyones pet, so your analogy is not really the same thing. I agree with you, that if someone took another persons pet and killed them, I would want that person hung by his balls for all to see. But thats not even close to what Vick was involved in...

you don't know that. Like I said, he never killed anyones pet. These were fighting dogs and he was around this since he was 8 years old!!! He was obviously a messed up kid growing up in this environment. These dogs were not your normal household pets to him...

Michael Vick, the Atlanta Falcon’s Quarterback, signed a guilty plea to federal dog-fighting charges.

In his Statement of Facts, Vick agreed to paying “approximately $34,000” for property located in Smithfield, Va. to train, breed, and house pit-bulls for dogfighting, and engage in dogfighting events with others.

Vick also admitted that, together with his co-defendants, he killed approximately 6-8 dogs that did not perform well. Vick admitted to killing the dogs “by various methods, including including hanging and drowning.”

Thank you. The guilty plea doesn't mean shit because he signed it for a smaller sentence. Everyone does. His verbal admittance though in front of a court is fine.

I see it no difference than slaughtering race horses that don't perform well. These dogs that Vick had a hand in killing, were bred, raised, and literally just to be alive to fight. Also, Vick doing these things, has NO, ZERO bearing on anyone on this forum's lives yet they wish him death?

You will still be able to sleep perfectly tonight, just like any other night, knowing what Vick did. Have any of you adopted of these dogs? Or donated to the shelters? A lot of talk and no action in all these Vick threads. A lot of extremely high soap boxes.

im not an eagles fan and never liked vick but I believe he paid more than his dues by losing everything and serving 2 years in prison. he is now doing very well and people cant accept that which is ridiculous. why does nobody have a problem when they put a horse down?

Ok you're just an asshole then. Don't see how anyone who's ever owned a dog can have your opinion.

I don't care if it says Toronto in your location. Are you a native Canadian? I know Canada is full of easterners who share the same opinion about dogs.
