Just curious, how would you rank the following quarterbacks?

Lamar Jackson, Jalen Hurts, John Wofford, Mike Glennon
As a Buccaneers fan, I can say that Mike Glennon never got a fair shake

His first year as a young starter he put up 19td and only 9int with no talent around him

Team was in shambles then so of course we all know the first position they start looking to replace

Eagles QB Jalen Hurts earns master's degree from Oklahoma.

As if leading his team to the Super Bowl and signing a massive contract extension weren't enough, Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts decided to add to his stellar year by earning a master's degree.
Hurts, 24, received his master's in human relations from Oklahoma on Friday, according to a social media post by university vice president David Surratt.
Hurts, who is from Houston, started his college football career at Alabama, where he earned a bachelor's degree in communication and information sciences after only three years. He transferred to Oklahoma in 2019 and began working on his master's degree.
Hurts has said in interviews that he was inspired by his mother, who was a special education teacher around the time of his freshman year of college but saw colleagues around her being laid off and decided to be proactive.
"She went back to school, and she got her master's to become a counselor," Hurts told Essence in April. "That's a living testimony for me."
Earning his master's degree caps an eventful first half of 2023 for Hurts.
In February, he led the Eagles to Super Bowl LVII in Glendale, Arizona, where they lost to the Kansas City Chiefs. The game included a controversial call against the Eagles with less than two minutes left that opened the door for the Chiefs to win 38-35.
In April, Hurts signed a five-year contract extension worth $255 million, making him the highest-paid player in NFL history on a per-year basis.
The Eagles open the season Sept. 10 on the road against the team they beat to win Super Bowl LII, the New England Patriots.

The Vikings saved $12,156,861 by trading Za’Darius Smith and will save 9 million by releasing Dalvin Cook after June 1.

Cowboys' McCarthy sidelined for rookie camp by back procedure.

FRISCO, Texas -- Mike McCarthy's in-person introduction to the Dallas Cowboys' rookie class has had to wait because of a back procedure performed last week.
McCarthy has been taking part in meetings virtually as the Cowboys opened the rookie camp on Thursday. The only on-field portion of the minicamp was Saturday and was for a little more than an hour. Owner and general manager Jerry Jones briefly talked to the players before the practice.
Special teams coordinator John Fassel brought the players together at the end of the session.
"It's easy because Mike is always so clear and, 'hey, this is what we're going to do,' so we had a real vision for what we wanted to get accomplished this weekend with these guys," defensive coordinator Dan Quinn said. "It's mainly just taking those first steps and I think Mike would agree let's not miss one step of their development and see what we have and how we communicate and testing them and seeing where we are at. And then we'll begin with Mike and everybody else here this week of merging everybody together. So if there was a time to miss for him, there's never a time he would feel comfortable but we all know we got his back and we'll get him back soon."
The rookies and veterans will work together for the first time Monday in Phase 2 of the offseason program. Organized team activities start in two weeks.
The return of McCarthy, who has been dealing with back issues for some time, is not clear but he's not expected to have a long absence.
"He's been on Zoom calls with us, third-round pick DeMarvion Overshown said. "We know what he's going through and that he's going to be back soon. He's definitely been there, welcomed us like we were a vet."
Quinn served as the Cowboys' head coach in 2020, beating the New Orleans Saints, when McCarthy missed the game after testing positive for COVID-19.

Better career and better upside would be Glennon but I will take the 2 not real qbs for a year. Hurts next year and then I move off. Lamar the skanky homeboy has no career. He just stole $$ and as a result should be shot

Wait, Mike Glennon? The fuck Vlad? Is he even still in the NFL? He sucks.

'An amazing, amazing thing': Bowles, 59, earns college degree :lmao:

TAMPA, Fla. -- Tampa Bay Buccaneers coach Todd Bowles fulfilled a promise made to his late mother, Joan, that he would earn his college degree, walking across the stage at Mount St. Mary's University on Saturday 37 years after leaving school to enter the NFL.
Bowles missed the second day of Buccaneers rookie camp to attend the ceremony in Emmitsburg, Maryland, where he addressed the graduating class and earned a standing ovation from the students and faculty. Bowles earned a Bachelor of Science degree in youth and community development.

In his own unique way ultimately, Dan Campbell made it clear he knows why the Detroit Lions are playing the Kansas City Chiefs in the Thursday night season opener.

For some NFL fans, the announcement that the Detroit Lions would be playing the defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs in the Thursday night season opener drew a raised eyebrow. Or something less subtle to convey disbelief, within digital muscles or otherwise.

But those involved in the schedule making process have been clear. The Lions garnered attention, and proved worthy, after winning eight of their last 10 games last season. And they are on an uptick. Four prime time games on their schedule is the entire proof in that pudding.

Head coach Dan Campbell was on NFL Network’s “Good Morning Football” Friday morning, naturally to talk about the 2023 schedule and the Lions drawing the Chiefs in the game that will kickoff the season.

Via MLive, Campbell talked about getting the Chiefs game.

I mean, look, I would say that certainly we’re beginning to get noticed, That’s what it means”, Campbell said.

Dan Campbell has perfect punch line for why the Lions got the Chiefs in Week 1

Campbell continued, with a NSFW (or “NS” for morning television, even given the outside the box, casual nature of the show he was on) punch line for the Lions drawing Kansas City on the Week 1 opening game stage.

Now I’ll say this, this is my first thought, if I’m being totally honest as to why they would give us Kansas City. Well yeah, we finished the year (well) certainly, but it also means they’re betting on we won’t get our asses kicked, all right? You may get beat, but you won’t get your asses kicked. That’s what they’re saying. So, that’s fine.

Indeed, the league clearly believes the Lions can give the Chiefs a competitive game on that big stage–even if they lose. On Sept. 7, we’ll find out if that belief was well-founded.

That is such a joke... Just a way to pretend the blacks are " educated" It's like a black with a masters degree that talks in ebonics. It's like honorary doctorates and pretending they are legit. Or a black qb pretending he knows what man free means
He made sports center

He is better than you think and guess what... So was Tim Couch. Some of these guys get dealt bad hands. Imagine Brady going to the 2000 Browns. Tim Couch was good. He is like my only 1st round qb whiff but I still think he was good. I saw it in person. Kentucky @ Indiana.

lol he's had 40 career starts, played for 6 different teams

if he had any talent that could be harnessed, someone would've found it by now and he wouldn't be out of the league

you would take him over lamar jackson if there was a game tomorrow with your life on the line?

I do agree MS in public relations is kinda thin, think Hurts is probably set financially from here on out though
