Arm strength. I had everything else. Height, etc. Those NFL throws arent as easy as they make it look
And ball size/ hand size adjustment. It got harder with age ...... Gay jokes aside
Rodgers makes it look easy but to casually drop back 5-7 steps and just wing it out on a dime on an 8 yard out is harder than throwing a fly... Less margin for error.
