A lot of hype for Denver vs Indy. Now what makes a better storyline for ESPN because I always add that to when I look at a game. Obviously, the public will be on Denver....that is a given. Now what will bring more ratings and sell the newspapers? "Broncos in a blowout" doubt it. "Manning and the Broncos edge Luck in his old home" ok, getting better...
"Sometimes it's better to be LUCKy, Colts stun the Broncos." I like that.
Denver 33
Indy 39
People say "well you're just blindly fading the public." Not true. For me everything has to line up. I can tell you the public will be on SF but I have no interest in TEN, or Dallas vs PHI. People also ask, "well what about the stats and match ups." I have no interest on how Player X or Player Z did. Don't care that Team A is 10-2 ATS when it's sunny outside and there's a gust of wind of 20 MPH more. NFL is a business. It's entertainment. Every team in the league has a shot to cover the spread. If there was no parity, we wouldn't watch. If no money was ever put on these games, the BETTER team would win every time. Also, these so called experts on ESPN, CBS and the NFL Network.....don't listen to them. If they've swayed your opinion on a game....then they've done their job right. Don't be a follower, be a leader.
Could tell who you most of them would pick without opening: http://espn.go.com/nfl/picks

Notice how every single CBS Expert is under .500 ATS. That's exactly where CBS wants them.
That's all I have to say. I have class in 30 minutes....so I'll continue later.
