i understand what you are saying, but maybe books should just call each other with this info, or like u said, maybe just a name would be o.k......

but even then, that is releasing personal info, in a public forum...i just dont like it....

or as someone said, maybe a database that u check into, kinda like a credit report...

i admit, i dont have all the answers, i just dont see the plus side of a book posting a players name, number, ss #, city, state, neteller account number, and all....

seems very low-class to me

Names. Names. I want Names.

Here is how the book gets stiffed. The player deposits $600 through Western Union late at night minutes before the last game goes off. He wants the money credited within minutes so he can play the 905 game or whenever the last game goes. If his team gets behind early or loses, he goes to Western Union and picks the money back up. They allow the sender to get it before it is picked up.

Yes we can all say the book should have gotten the money in hand before crediting the account, but you know us players dont want to wait 3 or 4 hours until their next pick up to get the funds credited.

Books would be going to Western Union all day to pick up if they sent someone out every time a customer makes a western union deposit. The closest Western Union to me is 30 minute drive and I would imagine Western Unions are even more distant in foreign countries ( just a guess).

BucsFan - I hear you bro. But if its a poster here I think the other posters should know.

Think about it. What if some respected poster here was stiffing or scamming, or taking advantage of a book. You guys should want to know. That way when they post their opinions you know that they have their own agendas.

The poster can still defend himself, and tell their side of the story. Then we can draw our own conclusion as far as who is right and who is wrong.

It is no different than when a poster makes accusations against a book. Their accusation are not always correct. We have all seen that.

DannyMay - Then if the book doesnt give them the money, and say "we have to pick it up first", the guy will come in here and start a thread - "

MY BOOK DIDNT CREDIT MY ACCOUNT IN TIME! SO I MISSED THE GAME I WOULD HAVE WON!!!!!" Naturally becasue after the fact they always pick the winning side.

You know the rest

I agree with you there. We have never had that problem.

I guess not all books are as quick as BHB with the customer service thing.

But even still, there will almost always be some way to get over on a book. Big or small. And there are certain types of people who do nothing but look and wait for that opportunity.

In a perfect world we would know who these people are so we can avoid them. A books mistake should not translate to another persons gain.

I'll email you the link once it's done.
It's a site for his business. They make positive duplications of x-rays / mri's/ cat scans etc. Put them on disk and/or microfilm for easy storage, or use in court cases.

Oldfriend - I like your tenacity.
Dermo88 -I am sorry for your loss. But I am glad to see a book getting it in the azz instead of a player. Us players get screwed over and lied to all the time. I'll bet you had it coming to you. What goes around comes around.
