This Hillary thing has drug out for so long that it was just a matter of time before the pieces of the puzzle began to fit together very easily.

1. Hillary did not attempt to destroy the emais until the House Committee requested them. She had them for 20 months before that request….hmm.
2. Then she requests a book on how to delete emails

Here is a look at some of the laws that deal with this:

§ The Federal Records Act requires agencies hold onto official communications, including all work-related emails, and government employees cannot destroy or remove relevant records.
§ FOIA is designed to "improve public access to agency records and information."
§ The NARA regulations dictate how records should be created and maintained. They stress that materials must be maintained "by the agency," that they should be "readily found" and that the records must "make possible a proper scrutiny by the Congress."
§ Section 1924 of Title 18 has to do with deletion and retention of classified documents. "Knowingly" removing or housing classified information at an "unauthorized location" is subject to a fine or a year in prison.

It really is that simple. Meanwhile the Foundation is getting a pass more or less as this email thing is getting all this attention. The Foundation deserves that much attention if not more.

Trey Gowdy is the guy. He can lasso as well as Will Rogers but he does not need a rope (oh that’s right Hillary used ropes to keep the press away lol).

Not even Tom Brady can deflate this political football. Glad I started this thread.

Update - vitard has posted 223 times on this single thread. 223 out of 1426 would be 16% of the total posts to date. If you ever want to define a troll just keep it to a one word definition.....Vit. And getting it handed to him time after time. Yes he has been diagnosed with Alinskyitus. He doesn't get it and he never will but we have him figured out for sure......a loser.

Clinton winning the election

I was pointing out that she's the favorite.

She will win if one of the wing nuts on the right get nominated. But if its Rubio or Kasich.....I think republicans can win.

We can revisit a wager when the primary ends though.

If she somehow survives the primary, I think Hillary could lose to a wing-nut. She's got scandals coming out of her ass and of the 20 some candidates running now, I think she's probably the worst campaigner of them all. She's not an inspiring person at all. She's actually pretty depressing.

If she survives the primary, which she should, she will be a solid fav to win the general. Once she digs into the war chest and starts responding to all the hits.....numbers will change for her.

Cruz would make her look downright stupid in a debate. It would be 3 blowouts. I don't see how she'd survive that.
