[h=2]Top Clinton Lawyer Filed Voter Suppression Suit for Group Now Under Investigation for Voter Fraud[/h]Ohio group suspected of forging signatures, registering dead people to vote

A group that had been represented by the top lawyer for Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign earlier this year is now being investigated by Ohio authorities for fraudulent voter registrations, including the registration of deceased individuals.
Marc Elias, an attorney at Perkins Coie who has become the go-to fixer for Democrats and is now general counsel for Clinton’s presidential campaign, became involved with the Ohio Organizing Collaborative this May when he filed a lawsuit on its behalf to challenge the state’s voter identification laws.
Now the group is being investigated by the Ohio Bureau of Criminal investigation after a local board of elections alleged that 25 to 30 of the voter-registration applications that the group submitted appeared to be fraudulent.
Dave Johnson, vice-chairman of the Columbiana County Board of Elections, said that the board contacted the sheriff’s office once they began noticing frequent problems with the registrations submitted by the Ohio Organizing Collaborative.
“They have turned in roughly 530 voter registrations, of which five of them were dead people,” said Johnson. “They actually had the dead people’s drivers license numbers and Social Security numbers, and of course they forged the signatures of these dead people.”
Adam Booth, the county’s elections chairman, said that a pattern of fraud quickly became evident when processing the forms submitted by the Ohio Organizing Collaborative.
“The forms were riddled with errors and all tied to this group,” said Booth. “You can tell the same person filled out some of the same forms and forged signatures. There are wrong dates of births and wrong addresses on others. It became a pattern.”
Jon Husted, Ohio’s secretary of state, put out a formal advisory on Wednesday to elections boards across the state ordering them “to carefully analyze” any new voter registrations submitted by the Ohio Organizing Collaborative.
“Anytime we receive reports that invalid and fraudulent voter registrations are being submitted we take it seriously and will work to ensure those individuals or groups responsible are held accountable,” said Husted.
The collaborative group is focusing its efforts on “increasing the number of registered voters among students, blacks, Latinos and seniors” in multiple Ohio counties. It sued the state earlier this year to challenge the length of its early voting period and other voter identification laws, arguing that the laws discriminate against black and Hispanic voters.
That lawsuit was brought forth by Elias, who filed similar suits in other states as part of his push to challenge voter identification laws enacted in recent years by Republican-dominated legislatures. The lawsuits were filed independently of the Clinton campaign, although Elias was already working as its legal counsel.
Elias has filed two other lawsuits challenging voter ID laws, one in Wisconsin on June 1 and another in Virginia on June 11. Further suits are expected to follow in other states.
Elias filed the Ohio lawsuit on behalf of the Ohio Organizing Collaborative against Husted and Mike Dewine, the state’s attorney general, on May 8, but the group is no longer the plaintiff in the case.
Elias submitted a motion in August to remove the Ohio Organizing Collaborative as the plaintiff in the case and replace it with the Ohio Democratic Party and other local party organizations. The court granted his motion on Sept. 2.
A source close to Elias says that he has had not been involved with the Ohio Organizing Collaborative since it was replaced as plaintiff.
According to Booth, the Ohio Organizing Collaborative began submitting registration forms shortly after it was removed from the case. The county board of elections received 234 registrations from the group on Sept. 15 and another 291 registrations on Oct. 5.
Perkins Coie, which has already been paid more than $300,000 by the Clinton campaign for legal services, did not respond to requests for comment on Elias’ current involvement with the group.
“This looks like a front-group for Hillary Clinton that is trying to hijack the election in Ohio by registering dead people and forging signatures,” said Johnson, who is also the chairman of the county’s Republican Party.
The Ohio Organizing Collaborative forwarded an email statement to the Washington Free Beaconregarding the current investigation into the group, stating it has fired a canvasser and has turned over all requested documents to the local sheriff’s office.
“Unfortunately, it has come to our attention that a number of voter registration cards filed in Columbiana County appear to have been fabricated. The canvasser suspected of fabricating these cards is no longer employed [by the group] and her supervisor has been placed on administrative leave pending an investigation,” the statement reads.
“We are conducting a thorough internal investigation into the incident and working closely with the Columbiana County Sheriff’s office and the Board of Elections to fully support their investigation,” it continues. “In fewer than 24 hours, we have provided every piece of documentation requested by the Sheriff’s office.”
Christian Adams, an attorney who leads the Public Interest Legal Foundation and is helping states fight the Soros-backed lawsuits, said that voter fraud in Ohio is the reason laws were implemented in the first place.
“Voter registration fraud has infected the last two presidential elections in Ohio—all of it to help Obama,” Adams said. “It’s exactly why the state legislature enacted election integrity reforms and seemingly why Democrats are fighting so hard against them.”

Former U.S. Secretary of State and Democrat presidential frontrunner Hillary Clinton weighed in to support the Houston Equal Rights Ordinance (HERO) that would make Houston businesses allow men who are dressed in female attire or otherwise say they feel like a woman to use women’s bathrooms, showers and locker rooms, regardless of their biological sex. The Democrat presidential hopeful tweeted out her support to activists in Houston.

“No one should face discrimination for who they are or who they love — I support efforts for equality in Houston & beyond,” Clinton tweeted.

I can see it all now.

[h=2]Number of Hillary Clinton Emails Marked Classified to Rise to At Least 600[/h]SHARE

The count of Hillary Clinton’s work emails now deemed classified will rise to 600 or 700 when the State Department releases its next batch of emails to the public Friday.
Politico reported that the latest trove of work-related emails from Clinton’s personal server contains between 200 and 300 messages now marked with the lowest classification designation. About 7,000 pages of emails will be made public in the release.
State Department spokesman John Kirby said that none of the emails now marked classified “were marked classified at the time they were sent or received.” Most of the emails set for release Friday were sent or received by the former secretary of state between 2011 and 2012, save a few from 2009 and 2010 that haven’t been made public in earlier releases.
The release of Clinton emails in September saw 215 messages marked classified, three of them designated “secret.”
While the State Department says the newly classified messages were not classified at the time they were sent or received, the inspector general of the intelligence community did determine from a small sample he reviewed that two emails held on Clinton’s system contained top secret–the highest classification–information at the time they were sent. Other intelligence agencies have backed up this finding.
Clinton has maintained that she never sent nor received information marked classified on her personal email. The FBI is currently investigating her personal server for the possible mishandling of classified information.
After the emails are released Friday, the State Department will have made public about half of the work emails Clinton provided to the government agency.

[h=2]WASHINGTON D.C.—Hillary Clinton’s unofficial political adviser Sidney Blumenthal walked Clinton through the Democratic strategy on how to prop up less-threatening Republican candidates in order to hurt the stronger Republicans.[/h]Clinton made clear that she already knew the strategy well.
Blumenthal emailed then-Secretary of State Clinton on December 14, 2011, during the heat of the Republican primary, to complain about Obama adviser David Axelrod, who attacked Newt Gingrich by saying that “the higher a monkey climbs on a pole, the more you can see his butt.”
Axelrod meant that Gingrich would become more vulnerable as he rose in the polls. Blumenthal wanted to know why Axelrod was giving credence to Gingrich. Blumenthal was so angry that he used all caps and multiple exclamation points at the end of sentences and made numerous spelling errors.
“POLITICAL MALPRACTICE. WHY IS OBAMA TEAM ATTACKING GINGRICH?!?! WHY ARE THEY ACTING AS AN ADJUNCT TO THE ROMNEY CAMPAIGNI’ml,” Blumenthal wrote.
“THEY SHOULD BE CALLING NEVVT ‘FORMIDABLE’ AND POINTING TO POLL SHOWING REPUBLICANS REGARD HIM AS MORE ‘ELECTABLE’ THAN ROMNEY!!!* BUILD UP NEWT WITHOUT EXCITING REPUBLICAN BASE VOTERS TO VOTE FOR ROMNEY,” Blumenthal added.
“THE STRATEGY SHOULD BE TO LIFT NEWT, UNDERMINE ROMNEY, ANYTHING TO PREVENT HIS NOMINATION, CREATE WEDGES WITHIN GOP PRIMARY. WHY IS THE OBAMA TEAM HELPING ROMNEY TRY TO BRING DOWN NEVVTI21?!,” Blumenthal concluded.
“Who knows????” Clinton replied.

[h=2]‘Tough Questions’ for Hillary Clinton[/h]BY: Andrew Stiles

Wednesday night’s GOP primary debate on CNBC received poor reviews, mostly due to the fact that the moderators were terrible and asked terrible questions. Most of the candidates responding by trashing the media, which elicited raucous cheers from the audience.
Not everyone was pleased to see the CNBC moderators subjected to such flagrant assaults on their profession. Members of the media, for example, cried foul:
CNBC moderator John Harwood reacted with grace and maturity:
Polling shows that members of the media are seen as less trustworthy than bankers and auto mechanics, and about the same as lawyers. Attacking them will surely backfire.
During the debate, Ben Carson was asked about his questionable associations with a dietary supplement firm, while Marco Rubio was probed about his personal finances. If these subjects are fair game, and if journalists actually intend to “do it to Dems as well,” Hillary Clinton should be worried.
The next Democratic debate is Iowa on November 14, hosted by CBS. Here are a few suggestions for “tough, impertinent questions” for moderator John Dickinson to ask.
1. Madam Secretary, you recently described the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA), which you supported and your husband signed into law in 1996, as a “defensive action” designed to stall the “political momentum to amend the Constitution” to formally define marriage as between one man and one woman. BuzzFeed reporter Chris Geidner, who has won awards for his coverage of the LGBT beat, thoroughly examined the records of DOMA-related White House discussions at the time, and found no evidence for your claim. Are you trying to rewrite history?
2. Madam Secretary, after struggling to make ends meet upon leaving the White House, you and your husband have amassed an eight-figure fortune. The two of you have earned a combined $230 million since 2001. That’s Mitt Romney money. However, according to an investigation of publicly available records of your finances, there is about $50 million of the $230 million that is simply unaccounted for. Financial experts are stumped. Can you explain?
3. Madam Secretary, throughout your political careers, both you and your husband have associated with an impressive array of dubious individuals. Allow me to list a few examples:

  • Your political ally and campaign bundler Jon Corzine oversaw the collapse of a $1.6 billion financial firm and was subsequently sued by the federal government for mishandling funds.
  • Your former law partner, Webb Hubbell, pled guilty to federal corruption charges in 1994 and served time in prison.
  • You campaign donor, Hassan Nemazee, is serving a 12-year sentence for defrauding banks out of nearly $300 million.
  • Your campaign bundler, Sant Chatwal, pled guilty to federal charges of witness tampering and making illegal campaign contributions.
  • Sheldon Silver, the former New York state assembly speaker who was an early backer of your 2000 Senate campaign, was arrested earlier this year for taking bribes.
  • Your husband has on several occasions flown on a private jet affectionately nicknamed the “Lolita Express.” The owner of said jet, billionaire Jeffrey Epstein, is a convicted pedophile who owns a private island known as “Orgy Island.”
  • Your husband has also traveled frequently with Ron Burkle, his former adviser and campaign fundraiser, aboard a private jet affectionately nicknamed “Air Fuck One.”
What’s up with that? Does this raise questions about your judgement?
4. Madam Secretary, your campaign has suggested that one your greatest accomplishments as secretary of state was agreeing to serve in the administration of “the man who defeated [you].” You served in the position until early 2013. However, President Obama wanted you to continue serving as his secretary of state for another year. But you didn’t. You chose to quit your job, and spent the next couple of years making millions of dollars by giving speeches to corporations and special interests groups. Did you need the money? And what does this say about your commitment to service? One of your early campaign ads includes the following statement: “When your president calls, you serve.” Why didn’t you answer the president’s call?
5. Family members of the victims of the Benghazi attack have called you a “serial liar,” and claim that in private conversations you blamed the attack on a YouTube video, even though emails indicate you knew that to be false. Are you calling the families of dead heroes liars?

[h=2]Clinton Calls for Exxon Probe After Company Cuts Off Foundation Funding[/h]SHARE

BY: Alana Goodman
November 2, 2015 2:14 pm

Hillary Clinton is calling for a federal investigation of ExxonMobil’s climate change activities just months after the company neglected to renew its sponsorship of the Clinton Global Initiative annual meeting.
ExxonMobil, which is being accused by global warming activists of misleading the public about climate change, has given between $ 1 million and $5 million to the Clinton Foundation and sponsored the CGI annual meeting in 2014. But this year, the oil giant was one of six major corporations that stopped sponsoring the event, according to USA Today.
Clinton said last week that the Department of Justice should investigate ExxonMobil for allegedly withholding data related to climate change, saying that there is “a lot of evidence they misled people.”
But despite Clinton’s comments, the Democratic presidential frontrunner has seemed willing to work with the oil giant until very recently, the International Business Times reports. And there is no indication that she’s planning to cut her financial ties with the company:
The Clinton Foundation has accepted at least $1 million from ExxonMobil, despite the company’s history of financing challenges to climate science. And Clinton’s State Department touted ExxonMobil as an example of how America should look at Iraq as “a business opportunity.” […]
Though ExxonMobil has stopped sponsoring the Clinton Foundation, ties between the company and the Clintons remain. Clinton’s campaign listed an ExxonMobil lobbyist as one of its top fundraisers, and the company’s employees have donated $8,900 to her 2016 campaign, according to Federal Election Commission records. Tony Podesta, the brother of Clinton’s campaign chair, has lobbied for Golden Pass Products LLC, a company part-owned by ExxonMobil. Podesta has raised$130,000 for her campaign.
The Clinton Foundation featured two ExxonMobil board members at its conference this year. The foundation has also accepted donations from other major oil firms that have a financial interest in fighting climate change legislation. Data compiled by the Center for Responsive Politics shows that her presidential campaign has accepted more than $159,000 from donors in the oil and gas industry, making her one of the top five recipients of the industry’s campaign money.

[h=2]Hillary Clinton Mixed Business (Libya Violence) with Pleasure (Home Decor), Emails Show[/h]BY: Andrew Stiles

Hillary Clinton and close aide Huma Abedin discussed stylish (and expensive) home decor options via email under the subject line: “Gunmen try to assassinate head of Libyan army (AP),” in one of the more amusing exchanges revealed as part of a court-ordered document disclosure.
After Abedin emailed Clinton an Associated Press story about a failed rebel attack against the head of the Libyan army in December 2011, the secretary of state replied almost an hour later to ask if Abedin had received any home decor advice from first daughter Chelsea Clinton.
Abedin wrote back to say that she had, but that the items in questions (some fancy wall lamps) were out of her price range. Clinton deemed the matter serious enough to warrant a follow-up conversation over the phone.

Here is a photo of an expensive wall lamp (via Bloomingdale’s):

[h=1]Libya embassy email warned State Department not to emphasize video[/h]
The warning came from the U.S. embassy in Tripoli, Libya, on Sept. 14, 2012, three days after the Sept. 11 terrorist attack in which four Americans were killed.
“Our monitoring of the Libyan media and conversations with Libyans suggest that the films [sic] not as explosive of an issue here as it appears to be in other countries in the region,” the email said.
“And it is becoming increasingly clear that the series of events in Benghazi was much more terrorist attack than a protest which escalated into violence,” it continued.

=====
Of course as a goofy, dissembling liar, she is still insisting the video had something to do with this.

An NBC News/SurveyMonkey poll of Democrats showed Hillary Clinton struggling to garner support among voters between the ages of 18 and 29.

The poll, a national sampling of 8,706 Democrats and leaning-Democratic voters, puts Clinton’s support among young voters at 33 percent compared to Democratic Socialist Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT)16%. He received 48 percent of support from young voters between the ages of 18 and 29.

The poll was conducted from Oct. 27 to Oct. 29.

These latest poll numbers correspond with Hillary Clinton’s persistent problem with voters under 30. A mid-September nationwide survey of college students showed Clinton garnering just 18 percent from students attending four-year universities.

Clinton’s enthusiasm gap extends beyond Millennials, who are the largest demographic group in the U.S. with more than 75 million members.

An Economist/YouGov Poll, conducted from October 8-12, highlighted “Very unfavorable” numbers for Clinton across a wide range of demographics. Of the 2,000 respondents, a total of 38 percent said they had a very unfavorable view of Hillary Clinton. Thirty-one percent of voters aged 18 to 29 shared that negative view of the former secretary of state.

That poll also showed 34 percent of women who said they find Clinton unfavorable, compared to 20 percent that find her very favorable.
