I too would like to know the answer to this question.

I am having big time problems with their new software. It takes me minutes to just place a bet. And it almost always tells me I am over the limit without telling me what the limit is. Then when I am finally below the limit it takes like 2 minutes for the software to approve the bet...

How do you get them to stop sending you Promotional emails. I have used their unsubscribe link about 5 times and it says my email has been removed but I still get about 10 emails a week from them

Solidly agree with go2guy on this issue....these matters should be resolved inhouse and not even reach the forums to the point where a manager for the book has to step in the thread constantly or a moderator has to go to bat for the poster/bettor.....

Why is it Royal is at or near the top of the page with threads about grievances by bettors????

You guys that play at Royal are asking to get burned.....there are about a half dozen rock solid books out there who've never had the negative publicity this book has had, yet you guys still stand behind them when there are easily other choices to make.....

Elephant......I can relate to your last post, as I have tried numerous times to remove my email from thier promotions list....that link that clears your name clearly does not work....
