my last few experiences have been positive.
Richard is accessable and can usually sort through any CS issue relatively quickly.

Maybe I don't understand how this works offshore after all. Posters constantly applaud and think it's a good thing that the GM or top guy at a book has to continually sort through a problem or address an CS issue (most of the time it deals with a payout not surprisingly). To me I would be leary or very concerned that it takes someone of that stature most of the time to get something straighten out that shouldn't be a problem in the first place. Books like Royal and Sportbet have to constantly come in here (or at least their shills or paid posters) to explain themselves or clear up a "misunderstanding"

How would you like to go to the grocery store and everytime it's time to check out the manager has to get called over to complete your purchase? Or you go to the bank and the clerk at the window has to get the bank manager to come over and complete you transaction. Wake up guys!!! By the way Harrington, I applaud you for coming out and saying something about this nonsense, this crap has got to stop if offshore is every going to prosper long term.

Bigbet is right. All you have to do is put in a request for payment through neteller (I suggest adding them to your favorite links), call CS to let them know it is pending, and you will get your money within minutes in my experience.

So Ppeter, are you saying all these accusations that are being displayed in various forums and the ones that don't even make it to the forums are BS?

Royal Group has adressed some important issues, as better described on today's article on TOW. This is good news, as it shows owners intention to power up their books. What is not good news is that the "stall" tactic on sharp players' payouts tends to surface every now and then. I'd say Royal would be better off in not taking this kind of unwanted action in the first place. Recreational players report a fair treatment and their payouts are being handled in a timely fashion. An overall positive scenario IMO.

Roberto, how is the way that Royal is treating a certain segment of their clientele differently an "overall positive scenario"? Last time I checked a payout is a payout, you either pay as requested to everyone or you don't

. What you are saying is like a woman saying she's a little bit pregnant.

By the way Roberto, from what I've seen and heard it's more than just sharp players that are given the run around when requesting a payout from Royal.

another thing.....fine they have had slow pays in the past. maybe they are just checking to make sure everything is legit. BUT THERE HAS NEVER BEEN A NO PAY!

but i know when i win at royal, i will get PAID quick, and say what you want. i would trust my money at royal over any new advertiser here. royal has proved to me, they are taking the steps to become a top notch book.

bash all you want, i just wanted to share a postive experience, and as usual it gets hammereed with negatives.

i know Richard, is probably readin this thread, and he has to be tired of all the BS. it is not richard that does everything, but he is a big part in Royals transistion.

I see Royal is back on the live lines.
When will they be official advertisers again?
Then we will start getting some serious dramas!
I just cannot wait!

Royal has treated me with nothing but class. Fast payouts, sweet bonuses. Their software, after some initial problems, functions as smoothly at Bet365 (it is the same software) and their CS is always on top of things.

Made request for a check from Royal for $9200 by Fedex on Monday September 6 at 1:00pm. Called back today and was told I wouldn't even get tracking at the earliest until September 20. Is that normal?

Made request with Elizabeth.

I have tried to follow up with her several times but I have had no luck.

I went on live chat two times today and asked "George" to transfer my balance from my Royal account to lay107 account and he hasnt done it yet. George, it takes only two fucking minutes to do the transfer
