Hamton is so freakin lucky in his last start vs the RedSox that he might be thinking that he's good.....I hope so cause this game very important for the Phillies and they are focused to take the Braves down even further....The Braves and the Mets are creeping up and the cant afford this to happen...

Last nights comeback for the win was what I feel, just what the Dr ordered in order to cool the Braves off a bit and jump start again this Philly team....Today with Hammy on the hill, let the Big Sticks start to feastin....

Philly is hitting Lefties .301 in their lat 10 games vs them......Ok Hammy looks like a long day again....This time, I dont see you getting any retarded 9 run 5th inning help.....Well I hope you dont.....LOL.....That was a plain ole "Travisshammockery"....LOL.

Anyways, back to "Hammy"...in his last 3 starts, although he is 2-1 he has an 6.75 ERA also...WOW!....Hampton's last 3 starts have seen him go 17 inning, allowed 22 hits, 13 runs, 7 walks, and 2 HRs....

Now Abbott isnt any Virgin either...The Boy has also been tagged a lot in recent games, but in his last 3 games he does have a lower ERA than does Hampton....Its not much, but I will take any positives....

What also is a positive for the Phillies, is that their BP is Smokin right now....In their last 3 games, the BP has an ERA of 1.76 in 30 innings....Atlanta's BP in its last 3 games is posting an ERA of 5.25 in just 24 innings....Give me Philly at home and with the lead....and I'll take Wagner and his Heater anyday.....Go Phillies!

-Did you know that the Cubs are 3-8 in Clement's last 11 starts.....and that the Card's are 10-4 in Suppan's last 14 starts...WOW, you would think it would be the other way around....But Suppan, is turning out very excellent performances this year....

In Suppan's last 3 starts the Cards are 2-1 with him having a 2.21 ERA and a 1.03 WHIP....Clement is also SOLID with a ERA of 1.53, but has a 1.47 WHIP and the Cubs have gone 0-3 in his last 3 starts...

With the Long Range Strokers we got in this one, I like it that Suppan hasnt given up a long Bomb in his last 4 starts, whereas Clement has given up 3 long Bombs in his last 4 starts......Whomever gives it up today looks to be the loser...

I like Suppan here as he seems to have his control down, only giving up 3 walks in his last 2 starts, whereas Clement in his last 2 starts has given up an AMAZING 11 walks....His control definately seems to be a current problem for him and facing this Big Sticks in the Cards lineup, it wont be good....

St Louis vs RHP's is hitting .295 in their last 10 games vs them....The Cub's is only hitting .261 vs RHP in their last 10 games....

St Louis BP is also freakin Smoking Hot with an ERA of ONLY 1.00 in 18 innings....The Cub's BP has an ERA of 2.45 in their last 18 innings...

The Cards as a team is overall SMOKIN HOT right now, and I am sticking with them and riding this 7 game winning streak....GO CARDS!
