you sound like you are desperate. quit whining and let the process play out.

What a ridiculous comment.

Issues with payouts are the most relevant information someone could post about an offshore book here. Payout issues are the whole problem with playing offshore. This kind if runaround is intended to delay the payout until the player ends up losing the money. It does not do you any good to play a book with good lines if you cannot get your money. Only people who plan to lose would consider this irrelevant.

I never use customer service except for payouts, so I can't speak to that.

but how fast do they pay and how do they pay?

It depends on the method. I can get a money order up to 5k or check up to 3k.....once per week. Takes usually about 10 days to arrive. You can always use western union or moneygram at 799.00 per day but those fees are robbery.

am I missing something? should I simply accept this process? did I do something wrong? am I doing something wrong?

I'm just providing raw facts, are you saying this is the norm?

how fast does JB pay?

Don´t get me wrong. All I was trying to say is, in general, books can pay out thousands of payouts and with one goof-up, you will get people saying they aren´t good and that my book is the best and I never have problems. Until someone does bad a not so perfect experience with that book of course. .

OK, so if I receive my check by the middle of next week that's about the same as your experience with Heritage

WU is not an option. The limit is too low and I concur the fees are too high

5Dimes does allow checks > 3k too, I think they allow 9k per week

No you should never accept the process but if you want to know the real reason for the delay it's not really 5ds fault.
5 D and every other book should come correct and just tell you upfront there will be a delay instead of pretending like they don't have your correct info.

if you call bm on Monday morning they are very prompt.

please define "very prompt"

I think we can help people decide where they may want to deposit

So far, I haven't seen any significant differences in what's being posted

I dont know the process...... why is it not 5 Dimes fault? What is the reason for the delays and foot dragging?

Right but i wasn't put thru the ringer with more and more info needed. If i called for a withdrawal for 3k check today May 2nd......it would be in my mailbox I would say around May 12th or 13th.

After football season I requested 3k check and 5k money order on same day..... not sure exactly how many days but had both within 2 weeks. Then did same the following week and had no issues either time.

The amount of time was fine with me.

And if you bet any kind of volume whatsoever you should never ever have to a pay a fee to receive your money.

Bm IMO has one of the best loyalty programs in the biz. Just use some of your bet points for withdraws.

they haven't requested more and more info this time, not yet anyways. They requested the same info I gave them two years ago, and nothing had changed.

two years ago they kept requesting info piecemeal.

Used to be 3 to 5 days from heritage for checks.....now about 10 days. Not sure why the change but 3 or 10 days doesn't make a huge difference.

Gotcha. I think it will work out fine for you. Most seem to think 5 dimes is a solid book. Just may have to play the waiting game a little bit.

Bm says the same thing on its site also but that's just for the people who do not request on Monday.

BM only processes once a week and that's on Mondays. That means if you make a request on Tuesday they won't even begin the process until the next Monday.

So there is a difference of 6 waiting days if you request on Tuesday instead of Monday.

Are you this much of a douche-bag in real life?

I wonder if he knows nobody respects his opinion?

he has to know I only laugh at him, especially since I know what an admitted lying fraud he is

Gtc makes a post on page 1 and then you guys proceed to spend half a page talking about not caring about what gtc says.

I have provided everything they wanted immediately, they have verbally acknowledged such and they haven't "rejected" the request (which is what they do when they say they're missing something)

how fast have they paid you?

If everyone else gets paid so quickly, how can my two requests take so long? I'm really looking for serious answers

Well, like I said, I played there over a decade ago, so I doubt my payout experiences that long ago would be relevant to your problems now. I, like you, fondly recall the prompt Neteller(and, for awhile, even ******) payouts. I remember 5 Dimes had a 5 cent baseball line, though, curiously, it didn't show up in the baseball tab, you had to go to the overnight lines to get, weird. I also remember they had a unique bonus policy, every other book I've ever played at, you got a bonus, then had to meet a rollover amount, with 5 Dimes, you met the rollover requirement FIRST, then you got the bonus. I zeroed out TWICE trying to get that damn bonus-kinda like playing a few extra hands of blackjack in Vegas after you'd decided to leave, in order to get a "free drink" that sometimes was anything but free. I reloaded a 3rd time, and had to "make up" the rollovers I hadn't met earlier on account of losing my entire deposit, but when I finally slogged through those 3 rollover requirements, they paid me quickly and without incident. I guess times change...

Dafinch,

Can you let us know who you most prefer at this point for ease of transfer of funds (U.S.) and whatever. 10 cent line in bases of course.

Thanks!

Amazing to me now how books want to shove bonus down out throat that we don't want (stupid big rolls of course) and especially, how easy it is to get barred for winning.

I don't want to disrespect the Rx by posting books that aren't on their preferred list, I thought one of them was posted here, but I just checked and don't see it. I guess you could PM me if you like. Btw, one of them made 3 payouts in as many weeks, and after making the 3rd and final payment(which was my remaining balance), they told me I was banned-but they DID pay. Oh, yes, and 2 of the 4 had $500 limits on games, I'm not a big bettor so that didn't really concern me often, but it was still annoying.
