Does this experience make you want to stop using 5D? I have never used them (I'm at Heritage & I have a local) and was curious if this is going to make you get out of there.

well, not right now, I still have a decent balance with them

maybe my next request will be faster, or maybe I'll just have to make smaller withdrawals more frequently, I just don't know

I'll tell you what, when (or if ) I ever have to re-up again, I'll probably do so elsewhere (unless something changes my mind between now and then)

requested processed May 8th, funds withdrawn from my account and supposedly mailed to me

as of May 15th, still waiting for the check to arrive

20 days and counting from "acceptance date"

7 days and counting from "processed date"

maybe the final mailing has to be approved by three different supervisors all living in three different continents, and two of them are on vacation





there has to be a better way, month long payouts are just fucking ridiculous (that's how long my last one took, when they asked for more and more information on a piecemeal basis)

month long payout and still not even taking into consideration who knows how long it will take to clear.

I feel your pain but the blame is pointed in the wrong place.
Some books do a better job then others dealing with 3rd party processors.
5 dimes happens to be one of the ones that can't seem to get there shit straight with them.

This is what caused WSEX to go down.
If 5D does not get there act together they could be next.

I don't think WSEX intentionally wanted to stiff but when you can't properly deal with 3rd party processors the customers start leaving and before you know it they are stiffing people.

I know I would have money in 5D right now if it were for issues like the one you are facing now.

You are not nearly the only person dealing with this problem at 5D.
