Call your bank.

Tell them you want money back due to bad customer service and want a refund of your money.

They will ask you, what merchant was it?

You tell them the name on your statement.

They ask you questions, lots of them, they read you legal documents that you must agree to.

They give you money back temporarily

They investigate

They contact merchant.

Merchant says we have never spoke to client. He has never complained.

Bank says ok, you keep money.

Bank takes money back from you.

You complain to bank, say you are going to sue.

Bank says go ahead, we have endless attorneys and endless money, how about you.

You say, I am laid off, have no $$, can't afford attorney.

Banks says, sorry to hear that, fuck you, you're out of the money, laugh and hang up.

You come to forum and complain that bank said fuck you.

Posters laugh and mock you.

You make fun of posters and talk politics instead

Posters still laugh and mock you.

End of story.

How would you charge it back? I would think this would open up a lot of questions you can't answer.
