most books go off a blacklist they share so a scammer can't do it with multiple books. But some books don't care because they are desperate for the business. Mostly newer books. Many times they will only accept cash until there is a history and then allow cc use.
I have seen guys chargeback with several different books.
there are always exceptions. This is perfectly legitimate. Doesn't even need to be said. Charging back because you lost your bets and making up stories about rude customer service as being the reason is always done by dishonest players preplanned from the outset. They same the exact same things always. Its an illegal operation, books make enough money etc. While they would have happily accepted any winnings if they didn't suck at betting.
Agreed Scotty... I told my FTP story so the guy sees the difference when a chargeback is really warranted... I could have waited 4-4 years for pokerstars to buy FTP but that was never guaranteed so I took measures... FTP and I talked 1 year ago and they said they would reopen my acct if I paid back the CB... told them will do one day, but honestly I hate the site's interface and why play there if you can play at pokerstars?
Regardless, I will pay the CB as soon as I can, but I wont play there.
