I would just like to say that Z is an oustanding basketball player. A sure fire top five center in the league when healthy.

This day and age you don't need to differentiate between true centers and power forwards as the game is played without true centers often times and he isn't remotely close to a top 5 big.

Royal,

Couldnt have said it better myself. Pretty good player but not even a top 15 post player in my mind because of his severe limitations athletically.

Definitely NOT the type of player you would associate as being the 2nd piece on a championship team which is why Cleveland has very little chance of hoisting the trophy.

It's all about matchups. Cleveland took Detroit to the brink last season, and will probably do it again.

Detroit beat up the Spurs in the Finals 2 yrs ago with the same team minus Ben Wallace. The Pistons play a very similar game to the Spurs and can match them in the halfcourt and defensively. What Detroit has vs the Spurs that Clev doesnt is multiple shotmakers in the halfcourt. Chancey, Hamilton, Wallace, Prince, and to a lesser extent McDyess and Webber. Cleveland has LeBron and uh LeBron. Yea, Gibson, Hughes and Marshall will stick an occasional J, and Ilgauskas does his thing but that team is so damn erratic on offense and the NBA Finals stage vs a dynasty like S.A would be too daunting. The main thing the Pistons have vs the Spurs that Cleveland doesnt, is massive experience.

CLeveland wouldnt have a chance against the Spurs ?? Thats a bold statement considering the Cavs swept the regular season against Spurs , winning 88-81 in San Antonio where Lebron went for 35 and winning 82-78 in Cleveland. Granted these are regular season games and the Finals would be a whole different athmothphere , but for confidence , it shows Cleveland could play with them .... and fukking A ... anything is possible in the Big Dance ... remember last year , Mavs up 2-0 , winning by 12 with 5 mins in the 4th ?? , Well the rest is history ...
