I overlooked the other flat out lie... where he says Ive wanted to sell picks for years!!!

Ok Matt, point out where I wanted to sell picks JUST 1 TIME, and I will leave this site forever.

Back up your statement!!

Oh, how I wished you would practice this same demand. "Backing up your statements" is something I've been waiting from you all along.

The only statement you've backed up is that I was DOWN IN THE FIRST HALF. Great. Agreed. Then I had a historic second half and was up big for the regular season (More than +$3,000 at the END of the regular season, a FACT you continue to ignore) and made my customers money in the long run, which is what this is about.

All your other statements are blatantly made up or exaggerated lies, and everyone knows it.

And Ill tell you what... Lets each send a MOD (or someone we both agree on) $1000 each... and we will have an Over/Unders contest for the rest of the NFL season, 3 weeks left. We will each pick 5 games vs the total from an agreed upon book, winner take all!

And lets do the same for the MLB season, pick 3 games per day for Over/Unders from the same book for the season... winner take all.

Should be EASY money for you... since your the "professional" and I am a wanna-be-tout. There is no reason you should pass on this bet.

Also, as an added bonus when you win, I will leave this site forever, and never post another negative (yet true) thing about you.

Well one, there's no way I'm doing that baseball bet because:

A)Makes no sense for me if my picks are public when I'm going to do a ton of sales entering the upcoming season. You can gladly follow along, though, throughout the regular season and compare your results with mine.
B)Just like last baseball season, you will probably quit early on, and/or take most days off.
C)You are a good handicapper and should know better than setting a "set" number of plays per day is a losing strategy in the long run because it means there are days where you're blatantly forcing bets. There are some days I'll only have one over/under and a handful of others where I'll have as many as 5-7. Each day should be treated differently, NOT with the expectation that you "must" come up with a certain amount of plays.

As for football, I'm not betting $1,000 on ANYTHING, which is why I don't even risk that type of money on any of my big Win Totals (Which are always my biggest bets in every sport for the year), but I'll think about doing a "Loser Leaves Town" contest or something between the two of us, as if this was professional wrestling or something. Since I'd be involved, that surely would be the main event of anything else here (See, that's a joke, for those who don't interpret it as such).

Would you agree to that?

Ive done the math and posted it several times....

Most of your players lost money if they followed your bets from March 31 till the last game of the World Series. Between paying you for the picks, the juice and subtracting that from the +15.98 units, the select few profited barely +5%... while most lost between -5% to -47%

Your math is laughable because you have no idea what my customers bet. The winnings that are shown on VI, as mentioned a hundred times, are treated as if each bet was to win $100.

Odds are, my customers, who are spending their own hard-earned money and, more likely than not, are probably rich, are risking a lot more than a measly $100 per game, thus meaning they're making significantly more on their investment. You don't take that into account because, of course, we don't know how much these people are betting on my games, but it's certainly a lot more than $100. No one pays those prices for bets to just risk $100/$110 per game. That would be ludicrous. Also, you have yet to address this interesting point:

Hence why IN MY VERY FIRST POST FOR THIS SITE, which came a couple of days into the 2012 season, I owned up to a 1-3 record BEFORE posting here. Now ask yourself: Why would I admit to a 1-3 record to start my 2012 season when it wasn't even posted here? Because I'm an HONEST, good guy that was pursuing something I assumed I had an increasing talent in, based on my 2011 season. Without that, I'm not even here, or VI, and am just betting for fun. That whole season was the reason I'm where I'm at.

If I'm not an honest guy, why would I fess up to something like that when it wasn't even posted here? Especially before anyone here even knew me. Wouldn't I want to "eliminate" that 1-3 or 1-4 start or whatever it was and "pretend it didn't happen" if I wasn't honest and true to myself?

And I'm still waiting for your answer to a "Loser Leaves Town" proposition or matchup between the both of us. No money involved, though.

And you also forget to address this point that I've made countless times already:

If I'm a "scam-artist" like most of these other handicappers are (And, again, I agree with you on that statement and think those people are nothing but scumbags. I AGREE with you!), then why have I stated numerous times that I will quit once I produce a losing season? If I was douchebag like these other people are, wouldn't I just stay in the business to just make as much money as possible off my picks?

NO, I would not because I would feel like shit about myself in such a scenario. Doesn't get any lower than that, for those who do such a thing (Ex. Brandon Lang, although most people only care about his picks to fade them so that is a money-making strategy after all, for those people), but I never have to worry about that, because if there comes a day where I'm a losing player with my dear baseball over/unders that I study more than anyone out there, I'm gone. I quit. I'm done.

Is that good enough for you? If I wasn't an honest guy, why would I have that genuine attitude and state I'm done in this endeavor if things go sour?

Your intentions are correct. Most people in this particular industry are scumbags who have no business selling picks. But until I have a losing season for customers (And in my first season with customers, let it be known that I factually led the entire company - a nationally-renowned company like Vegas Insider - despite being the youngest person on the roster), you have to give me the benefit of the doubt and finally accept that I'm one of the few good, honest ones out there.

What is your response to all of this? How can you possible disagree with anything I just said in this post?

Ok... loser leaves town, pick the sport.

Also, can you provide all of us with a link to your 2011 record that's date stamped prior to the games being played. And/or a screenshot of wagers placed during that time from an online book

The complete season you were #2......

When someone claims you lost money during the first half, you don't acknowledge that, but instead post your second half and season record.

Did players who followed and paid for your plays the first half of the season lose money +cost of paying you for picks? (simple yes or no question)

Actually, the complete regular season I was No. 1 in Money and No. 1 in Over/Unders. Even after my poor postseason record, I was STILL No. 1 in Over/Unders but let's be honest: Postseason record-tracking should NOT continue along with an entire regular season of work, and you should know that. Vegas Insider chose to continue as if it were the regular season still, and I voiced my disagreement with that, but they're a business and they feel that's the best way to make sales. Even so, everyone knows regular season records and playoff records are completely different, and for the entire regular season, I was No. 1 in money. At the same time, though, I guess you could say I was dead-last in playoffs lol, but that's playoffs, where there are infinitely more variables to deal with that make it much more difficult. But again, it's completely different, and therefore separate.

And when did I ever deny being down in the first half????????? Lol c'monnnnn, man, I never ignored that or not acknowledged that. I had a poor first-half record, mostly thanks to the newfound pressure and stress that I had never experienced before (Trust me, it's a very difficult feeling to overcome), and thus was feeling intimidated and nervous every night. That I have never denied, which is why, as I said, I seriously thought about quitting early on. As we BOTH know, we produce our best work when we're having FUN with it, and clearly, I was not having fun early on when I felt all this pressure to the point where it felt like a chore. But I eventually settled down and became more comfortable, while starting to feel like myself and having fun with it again, and voila, you see the end results.

So YES, players who followed my first-half picks would have been down. But that's gambling, isn't it? You take a chance on someone, let alone a rookie at the pro level like me, and it's always possible. But I proved my worth with a historic 63+% second half performance that lasted three months, didn't I? While leading the entire company for the regular season? The ends justify the means, and I proved my worth. Now that I know the pressure and stress that I will encounter, I'll be better prepared for the FIRST HALF in the upcoming season and won't experience those same first-half struggles.

See, did I deny anything there?

It wasn't posted on a site, hence the many times I stated that 2011 was the main reason I came here and explored my options. Obviously, if I don't have that type of season, I'm not seriously pursuing this or coming to this website. And like I also said, just tell me your email and I'll e-mail you the 27-page documentation (If you knew me in person, you could actually quiz me on certain pitching matchups from that year, and I'll tell you the day of the week that it occurred on. Strange? Yes, but further proof how obsessed I am with my work and how dedicated I am. Obviously, my memory isn't as good for that season as it was back then but I could probably still tell you the day of the week that a lot of those pitching matchups occurred on). In the meantime, you can view this thread ( http://www.therxforum.com/showthread.php?t=951394&highlight= ), which details my record with EVERY SINGLE TEAM AND PITCHER for EVERY over/under I did in 2011 and 2012. If 2011 didn't happen, how did I waste weeks going through my entire Microsoft Word documentation digging up my record with each pitcher and team? And I know you added up everything to make sure everything is correct, which indeed was the case when you added it up.

As for this Loser Leaves Town match... what other sport, buddy lol... football. Still trying to figure out the exact details (Five COMBINED bets per week? Over/Unders and Spreads combined? What do we do if there's a bet we have that's the same? Should playoffs be included also? Hmm)

Another spin by MZ, I am not going to call you cat because that is stupid. You said people bought your 1st half-season packages, you also said "amazingly no one bought your 2nd half season packages". If you were honest then keep giving people picks until they show a profit, not charge them for the 2nd half of the season. You said they were stupid not to keep investing in you. Maybe you should have told them "I will pick winners now because I am not nervous". :pointer:

A loser leaves town match. Looks like "The zylbert" is not long for this forum, unless he spins that loss too. He has not posted much, maybe he lost already.

The guy who complained, complained about the $500 he lost for the FIRST HALF of the season.

Then Matt Zylbert posts a rebuttal, saying its ALL LIES... and then his PROOF is his WHOLE SEASON and SECOND HALF....

Yet no where does he address the guys complaint on the FIRST HALF.... then says "case closed", and blames me for making a ripoff report lol.

But I did add some "consumer rebuttals" showing how much of a scam he was, and how he didn't address the complainers first half complaint.

"I started with a $4500 bankroll after spending $500 for his package. And I wagered $50 per bet. By the end of June I had $87 left in my bankroll."

Hey, what is this guy complaining about, this is a much better performance than he would get following Matt Zylbert's NFL picks dollar for dollar!!!

Zylbert talks more tout garbage. He says it is the whole season that matters but sells 1st half packages, then thinks that after he kills their bankroll they should buy the second half. If it sounds like a tout, its a tout.

Well, it's over for Matt. He lost every posted total this weekend and his bankroll is down past the point at which he probably can't afford to do this anymore given how small he wagers.

I told him he was a dick to all the wrong people. Pity he didn't listen.
