wow, what a crush i had on these 3......used to think they were the hottest thing around...not to mention i liked their music...what can i say, i was a child of the 80's....this song had been covered many times, but i still think theirs is the best...

Almost all of the Pet Shop Boys hits from the 80's were remakes. Most of them were ABBA songs

yeah, i wondered about that as well...i was a huge fan of the pet shop boys.....they used dusty springfield to score a HUGE hit with "What have i done to deserve this" but i dont think it was a remake.......the only one i can think of was their fantastic version of Willie Nelson's and Elvis's "Always on my Mind"

haha, then try this and see how you do....i had to think for a second on #1 and #7, but i got them, the others, i was waiting for them to get over, as i knew them immediately...i was a music junkie in high school though, and love 80's music trivia, especially pop/rock

after a great career with Led Zeppelin, Robert Plant took a much softer turn when he created The Honeydrippers, and scored a big remake hit, that was better than the original.....certainly a departure from his LZ sound..
