Just how "shady" does a guy have to be to lose your trust?
Not that shady, but I wouldn't play with anyone I didn't trust 100%.
What would constitute "proof" that the OP is a scammer?
He has stiffed someone else in the past or said he wasn't going to pay. Another good example of a scammer is someone that takes a shot chasing bets he has no intention of paying anyways, ie, James T Kirk.
You get an email from a Nigerian that you're entitled to a huge payday,
land in the Arizona desert, or whatever. Just send a fee. Do you have
"proof" this is a scammer?
This has no relevence to this thread. This is a gambling site. The guy wanted a bookie and got one.
The fact is you don't have all the facts, info, experience, so just reading
this thread is not good enough.
Kirk had every chance to explain his point and provide "proof". He chose not to do it but instead call us all inbreds, retards, and various other names. If he were to come forward right now with something that showed the OP wasn't going to pay him, or someone else comes forward with a story of being ripped off by the OP then me, and probably a lot of other people in the thread would likely change our minds. Kirk said he would not stop trying to prove he was right in this situation but unless there is stuff he didn't tell us (which would be against his statement above) he is not right.
Others have read this thread too and disagree with you.
Who? Name them.
Kirk has far more experience than any of us with the OP, so on that basis
he will always be in a better position to know.
Again, he said he would never stop trying to prove he was right. He provided some info that the OP was lying to him, I believe that. There is nothing that indicates he wouldn't have been paid.
Now if someone were to investigate this OP and/or agent, who can't seem
to remember his name, we might get somewhere.
Sure. Why don't you or your stiff friend do the investigation? Seems you two would have the most to gain.
But since the OP has stated that the agent is not taking on any more clients
from him {how convenient!}, that closes that potential door.
The OP is no angel and an idiot. At this point he is not a stiff though. That honour goes to your friend.
Although some are now saying the OP finally admitted he is the agent.
I don't know if he did or not. If he did and is the agent, then he could be
asked to prove he is a real agent and/or be tested by taking on a trusted
member of the Rx as a client to see if he would actually pay out or not.
This does not matter. I could start booking your bets tomorrow. As long as I pay, who cares? What is a "real agent"?
You equate the guy to a Nigerian email scam yet want someone to play with him to try him out? No thanks. I think 95% of the people in this thread realize that you shouldn't be playing with anyone with this guys credentials. The problem is, Kirk didn't. He bet, he lost.
Then this thread might get somewhere towards the truth instead of 98%
nonsense and BS posts.
You make a bet and lose, you pay. Do you disagree with that statement?
