ok.. Let's end this madness for good. here is my story. I have a friend who is taking bets whether he is an agent or not I play thru him at a pph site. I saw Captain T Kirk was asking about a credit shop. I sent him a pm asking if he could give me the info so I could speak with the guy about maybe playing. I am trying to get away from posting up. It is a pain sending wu or moneygram. Plus I am blacklisted by moneygram for sending too many transfers. He said he could not give the info out. I said do you still need a place to play. I gave his email addy to my friend. They spoke and started doing business. I hit my buddy up good this weekend. All I said to JT Kirk was the guy has paid me no more then 900. I did not want to give my friend's name out he should have known it anyways. That was between those 2. Then I get a pm sunday night saying I was taking his action and he was not paying anything. So I talked with my guy about this. He was mad that I sent him some stiff. he made it seem like he was not going to pay me. Later I found out he did this so I would pressure JT Kirk to pay the money he lost. Then he wanted me to take the 922 out of my money I was up. I said screw that. So I did what I thought was the best expose this stiff. Then he said he was going to the police on my guy,etc. My theory was you bet all weekend then you lost and you cry about it. Also this weekend he sent me a pm about the lines being too high compared to 5 dimes. I said I don't know. All this guy did was keep asking me when he was down if the guy is legit. All I said is yes I have been paid. I am not like James T Kirk and get all mad about people here who think I am a scammer. so be it. There is no sense to sit here all day and argue. I just posted everything that went on. My guy does book and he does have somebody checking into this James T Kirk to see if he is going to pay. I myself could care less. I just can't believe how many pages this thread is. I really think JaMES T Kirk is a child or has seriuos issues, just by his language. So once and far all can this thread die. I wish I never got involved with him. Plus my guy gave him a limit of 100 per game and lost 922 that justs says it all there..that is it

Well thats because JTK sent him a PM saying he wasn't gonna pay.I don't really know if funtyme is being 100% truthful and I don't really know if JTK woulda been stiffed himself had he won.All I know is that JTK had a chance to rationally work this out if he was in the right and he totally chose to go the other way.JTK knew he was FOS,he showed no real proof,he was just creating assumptions and excuses and trying to cut down all the members on this site.At first I wished he was on the up and up with this but as time went on, his side of the story became less and less credible to me and I can't feel sorry for him now.
actually...the more and more I think about it, it wouldn't surprise me at all if James T Kirk was actually never in Thailand either. The way he conducted himself on here after this whole fiasco.....a person of that nature and immaturity could never survive on their own half way around the world in a foreign country...especially one like Thailand that presents many temptations.

2 reasons I started this thread. 1. I wanted to know can somebody hold me account for referring somebody who has no intention of paying. 2. I wanted to get James T Kirk's attention for sending me a pm @ 8:30 on sunday saying now he knows I was taking his action and he is not paying any money

I started laughing when my guy asked how old was this guy, because he called his house and his dad picked up the phone. If I knew he lived with his dad I would have never gotten involved with him.
I stand by my statement... If I sent a book money and lost it all then found out the next week they went bankrupt. They don't owe me a thing. I placed wagers and lost. nuff said.. I wonder if james t kirk has a job because the last 2 days he was on here day and night.
