I think you have to take a step back and look at this from our point of view....not yours and not scotty's......
you are down money, you find out this guy is LYING to you and MIGHT not pay.....you either pay him what you were down or stop. Sounds like at the moment you figured him out you weren't gonna pay but kept playing hoping to win....that is called freerolling.

You are laughable dude. You are still wrong. I am not a stiff, I have NEVER STIFFED ANYONE. This guy was lying to me for the 10th time, jesus christ. He was trying to scam me, when I found out I was down and tried to get it back even, thats all.
My only mistake was placing 2 ML bets after I found out.
I am not trying to excuse myself of all responsibility. I am a grown man. I do understand I made a mistake. But my intentions were honest.

Kirk....there was a VERY questionable situation years back where a then mod WVU made a high stakes (to me) bet with poster lapdance......Lapdance risked $1000 and WVU risked $14,000......the bet was the lakers would win the 2008 championship.....when the lakers started kicking ass and made the finals, WVU disappeared.....when the lakers ended up losing to the celts, WVU magically reappeared....in appearance it did not look like for a second that WVU was going to pay...i think when it looked bad for him he was not responding to emails or anything forum related.....
