Calling all sharps......Did FLA opening line at only -3 shock anyone else?

I am a newbie in this forrum.
I would like to share whatever I have learnt about public opinion and "the sharps" (the group of people who hire people to cap all games for them and bet alot of money from 100K and up).
First of all, Las Vegas gives the lines to the sharps. If they pound money on some games (wrong/right team with their own purpose), Las Vegas will adjust the line then give to public to balance the money.
The sharps will monitor the public opinion and line movement then make their final decisions at the last minute: Do nothing or double their money on another side.
Based on that knowledge, more than 90% of times, I stay away from the game if its line moves fast and/or big b/c I think the sharps control the movement of line and the public opinion for their benefit even they are wrong sometimes.
Please help me to learn more if I am wrong.

I am with you on UF b/c of their Deffense, Special team, Coach and home field advantage if the line is less than 7 (I am also a hommer).

so from what you've seen with this scenario, your still taking Florida? Just wanna be clear.

so just to be clear you saw all these "explosive" Big 12 teams in the bowls? TTech getting mauled by Olemiss, Texas squeaking out vs Oh St, Missouri struggling vs NW, Okla St getting beat bad by the Ducks.

it aint hard to put up numbers in the Big 12....all they care about is scoring.

Said this in another post. Keep bringing up Ole Miss beating TT. Pretty sure they still scored 34 on the mighty Ole Miss D. Oh yeah, TT only scored 21 vs. OK.

I HAVE seen OU play, and they're really impressive. So I'm reluctantly taking Florida. I think OU has the muscle, but Florida has the finesse. We'll see how it plays out tonight.
