but seriously, this Gators team, if they play to their potential, they are simply the better team in this matchup. If they win the turnover battle, they win the game.

It's not that much of a "public" play its been floating between the 57-60% mark since day 1. I think the big 12's poor bowl play has sent the line up the last couple days and Vegas is now stuck with a short line, if they bump it up too much it's just gonna prove the Fla backers points and maybe even put OK money on Fla. Bottom line is what Zip Lock said, if Fla shows up ready to play and plays to their potential, Fla is the right side. Special Teams will be the key to this game, as Fla will win the field position battle all night long, ESPECIALLY with Murray out for OU.

I have a few guys I talk to from each coast, as well as checking this site and a few others, and I have heard/seen almost all FLA backers thus far.....most of action comes in late though, so who knows where it'll end up......but it does worry me when everyone loves a favorite, but I think the Gators are simply the better team

it's been bet up to 4, but I expected FLA to be a huge public play after the roll they've been on....and I thought the line would be at least 7.

I believe they were 10 vs Bama, who has now been exposed for the frauds they were....but still, this line just seems off to me.

I am a newbie in this forrum.
I would like to share whatever I have learnt about public opinion and "the sharps" (the group of people who hire people to cap all games for them and bet alot of money from 100K and up).
First of all, Las Vegas gives the lines to the sharps. If they pound money on some games (wrong/right team with their own purpose), Las Vegas will adjust the line then give to public to balance the money.
The sharps will monitor the public opinion and line movement then make their final decisions at the last minute: Do nothing or double their money on another side.
Based on that knowledge, more than 90% of times, I stay away from the game if its line moves fast and/or big b/c I think the sharps control the movement of line and the public opinion for their benefit even they are wrong sometimes.
Please help me to learn more if I am wrong.

I am with you on UF b/c of their Deffense, Special team, Coach and home field advantage if the line is less than 7 (I am also a hommer).
