I honestly think the Saints should blow the whole thing up and start over. Even with a healthy Brees the Saints have been average for awhile. Trading Graham for Unger is a start. The game is won in the trenches and if the Saints are going to survive the end of the Brees / Payton era, they need to fortify both sides of the line and they should really start scouting the next several QB classes coming out of college.
The saints need a change of culture. Hearing the same voice for a decade only works in a handful of situations. I understand that ownership always want to win and go for the super bowl every year, bit that's just not reality. If the saints hang onto this thing too long, it may backfire and turn them back into the organization pre Brees / Payton.

I really hope he plays this week because I still think we can make the playoffs if he is close to 100%

Saints coach Payton expects QB Brees to start vs Cowboys
METAIRIE, La. (AP) Drew Brees is expected to return as starter for New Orleans against the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday night in the Superdome, Saints coach Sean Payton said Friday.
"We're planning on starting him, based on the work week," Payton said after practice. "He's thrown well. I thought he looked sharp today."
