I've read here a lot about the video showing the theft before Brown was shot. The video is important.

It shows two things:

1) That a crime had been committed by Brown right before his confrontation with the cop. Why is this important? Because we know the kid may have been scared or nervous when Wilson pulled up on him. Could be a reason for the kid to act in anger.

2) It shows the character of the kid. It means he has the propensity to commit a serious felony. It shows attacking a cop would not have been out of question based on his prior criminal history.

So when a Black Cop kills a black guy, I guess it's all good... must be, because they don't riot or loot when this happens

Can't imagine anyone thinks itks all good when that happens....it's only gonna be when a white cops kills an unarmed black man.

I would have no reason to wrestle a cop. I'm just telling you that dna on the gun doesn't make it proof positive he was trying to grab the gun and shoot a cop

Please, don't put words in my mouth. I didn't say he was grabbing the gun to shoot him. I said his DNA is on the weapon meaning his hand was on the gun.

His DNA should never be on that weapon. His hand should not have been on that weapon and because it was, Wilson has the right, according to the law, to shoot him.

Nobody's DNA should ever be on a cop's weapon except for the cop him/herself.

Not sure about that. These kids know the difference between petty theft and beating a cop. One requires serious jail time. I think the 2 crimes are a big jump

But then Mike Brown left after all that.........Does Wilson then have the right to shoot him with a lot of bullets knowing most likely he is unarmed at that point plus having a big gap between him? How much of a threat is he after he has bullets in him already and unarmed along with the big spacing in between the two?

Are you saying that Brown only committed "petty theft" before attacking that Police Officer?

Vit, see, this is where you go wrong.

When Mike Brown stole the cigars, according to the law, he committed a felony.

Let's think about this. If you're wrestling with someone who is trying to shoot you...you are gonna grab the gun. Who wants to get shot? The kid was bad news, we know this, but I think this could have been excessive

Actually it's not a felony. Him pushing the store owner and threatening to assault him was.

When Mike Brown began to run, he had committed two felonies (the strong-armed theft and the assault on the cop).

Darren Wilson is a cop. It's his job to pursue criminals especially one that had just assaulted him.

If a cop pulls out his weapon, this doesn't mean he's going to shoot you. It means he's threatened by you and you'd better comply to his orders. Your reaction should not be to grab his gun and wrestle with him. That's absurd.

I'm saying stealing cigars and trying to kill a cop....are not close to same thing
Do you know that while in the commission of that crime when he grabbed and pushed the store owner it turned into Robbery which is a felony?

And of course it's not the same thing. Nobody is saying that it is
