Do you know that while in the commission of that crime when he grabbed and pushed the store owner it turned into Robbery which is a felony?
And of course it's not the same thing. Nobody is saying that it is
What I'm saying is...the 2 crimes are not the same thing, not even close. So because he stole cigars and pushed a clerk...that doesn't mean he wants to kill a co
You can see the keyboard on my IPhone? I keep looking behind me but I don't see you there. If I knew how to post a screenshot I would do it. I'll take a screenshot right now and see if somebody can help me post it.Dude, give it a rest...your spellcheck does not fill in an a in that spot. Just admit to calling a name and move on. I'm ok with it. Odd man, odd
Let's think about this. If you're wrestling with someone who is trying to shoot you...you are gonna grab the gun. Who wants to get shot? The kid was bad news, we know this, but I think this could have been excessive
Exactly. This guy committed a violent felony only minutes before his encounter with that Police Officer. No, it means he has the propensity to commit a serious felony. It shows character. Most of us don't commit a felony in our lifetime. M Brown committed two in 10 minutes.
I think it was excessive cause Mike Brown left (probably got scared after initial shots in car struggle).....Wilson pursued him knowing most likely he was unarmed at that point after the car struggle, but there was such a big gap between Wilson and Brown at that point plus Wilson had the gun that I don't think Wilson's life was in danger at that point.......Maybe a shot or two to slow him down, but not several to give him a death sentence...
He has to shoot to stop. No Police Officer in The United States is trained to shoot to slow down.I think it was excessive cause Mike Brown left (probably got scared after initial shots in car struggle).....Wilson pursued him knowing most likely he was unarmed at that point after the car struggle, but there was such a big gap between Wilson and Brown at that point plus Wilson had the gun that I don't think Wilson's life was in danger at that point.......Maybe a shot or two to slow him down, but not several to give him a death sentence...
Two things about what you said.
1) Wilson had no clue whether Brown was armed or not. How would he?
2) Wilson's life was not in danger when he ran after Brown. It was when Brown turned around and charged Wilson.
On the recording, you can hear 3-4 shots then a delay. Wilson said this is because he shot then stopped but Brown kept charging so he shot again.
If Brown was as mad as Wilson claims it seems like he would have used any weapon at that point in initial car struggle or if he was trying to go for Wilson's gun as Wilson claims that would indicate he was most likely not armed.....
As far as Brown charging he would have bullets in him at that point so I don't know how much energy he would really have and Wilson could be a matador maybe if he was really trying to bullcharge..
There was such a big gap at that point............that a guy with bullets in him isn't much of a threat that far away...........Plus Wilson is 6 4 and over 200.....Its not like he is Sweetchuck from Police Academy

This article says it was 148 feet away...........
I have wondered from the beginning why this cop did not just get in his car and lock the door.
Finally George S(not going to try and spell last name...lol)asked him this question and Wilson said his training is to pursue.
Well come on the kid wants your gun he looks like Rosie Greer let him go and follow him in your car and if he gets away not going to be hard to find.
Even when he took the 180 and charged him fucking run,I know I really wouldn't want to kill anyone or be killed.
He would of been arrested sooner than later had the cop just let it go for now.
Yes, we need an exact number...............as both sides have a strong interest to inflate or deflate that number......and the police definitely had extra time to prepare.
When...after Brown wrestled with him in the driver's seat? Are you serious? Do you think any police officer who was just assaulted in his own police car is simply going to wave goodbye to the guy running away and say "Sorry I interrupted your day...have a good one!"?
Brown was only in the car because he wanted to be...otherwise, how many police officers do you know who drag people into their own cars before arresting them? Not to mention, my understanding is Wilson had zero prior history of even drawing his weapon during his time on the police force. I don't think it's likely he just suddenly snaps and decides on the spot that he wants to kill someone because he's black.
