This is a great spot for Lada to bounce back after a tight 2-1 overtime loss on road to the best team in this league Salavat and 1-3 loss at home in their last game against Novokuznetsk to my big surprise but got to respect Metalurg Novokuznetsk as they are better than I thought they are .
Lada plays tough at home and Amur is one of the worst travelers in the league . Also one of the factors which doesnt speak in their favour is the time difference between Khabarovsk and most of the other teams in this league , today eg there is 6 hours difference between Khabarovsk and Togliatti . Any thoughts on the Champions League games today? I really like Ufa against the Czech winners, HC Ceske Budejovice. Ufa is rolling in this year, 2nd place on the season, and in the toughest division. Budejovice, after winning last year, are under .500 this year. Having a heck of a time tracking down the Czech roster... but I plan on parlaying Ufa w/ the Detroit Red Wings (if i can get a line in the next 12 hours)... which hopefully will yield roughly +100.
