French team had great ski in biathlon and nordic combined yesterday their guy won gold . Makes me want to bet few coins on Vincent Vittoz in the race today , maybe top 5 or top 10 to be safe .

Looks like Vittoz will be 5th to make up for outright loss on Bauer and Northug , what a waste . Great stuff from Dario Cologna .

What do you guys think about the women's downhill the day after tomorrow? Vonn seems to be a class of her own, was way up in todays practice again...
But Mancuso, Goergl and Suter (2nd - 4th place in todays practice) all pays +450 for top3 finish. Might be worth a shot taking them all 3 to finish in the top3.

Esp. Suter, who was in pretty good shape in the final two races before the olympics (finished 3rd and 5th) and with the Swiss men (Defago/Cuche) having good skis in todays men's downhill.

Also like Bode Miller +150 / Svindal +125 to finish top3 in the men's super combined: The downhill race will be the same like today, both had good runs today and are decent slalom racers.

mens curling canada -155....they dominate this sport period.
women's curling canada +185 for smaller. they had to beat jen jones team canada to qualify if it were jen jone's team - i would have bet them pretty big.

i think that was the first regular competion overall at theseolympics...should make it easier to pick winners for the men...lot s of work to do in next hour :smoking:
