is everyone still playing this system after "Ned" .... MREAST stated he changed it???

Heard exact same thing last year how he changed it and we would lose money. Thing is we still won. 2 years ago when he "changed it" there was one added provisional and it had something to do with MVC favorites and they went 1-1.

I think Vegas/books became aware of the system and started putting out lines that make games a play when they normally wouldnt be. Perhaps this is what Ned speaks of by being careful of blindly betting so many games

Thats why I'm only doing the totals. The totals have still ripped it the last 3 years and I guarantee Ned is still playing the OVERS cause that has continued to have great success going at least 66.6% in each of the last 3 years.

The last time ned actually posted his system it was nothing like the one thats been posted here last yr and this yr. There were certain unders your suposed to play, plus the sides that arent even listed here. Last yr someone on here posted neds original system and the sides did horrible. Neds over across the street trying to make people beg for his plays again this year, funny thing hes been on the forum all day yesterday and today but no posts , so im guessing he will be private messaging the chosen few his picks and then posting later to tell everyone how great it did. what a joke

There are no unders you are suppose to play. Ned wouldn't post the "changes" 2 years ago but posted the plays across the street. They were the exact that JBRAGG had here except for those 2 Missouri Valley favorites. It was Bradley and Wichita. THERE WE NO UNDERS.

all double digit dogs
all dogs 1-3 and 5 (5 not 4.5)
all teams that dont normally have lined games

i still specifically remember him adding unders to this system but i cant find them

by the way as high and mighty as he likes to act, everything else he ever posts SUCKS. his conf tourny system sucks, his nba playoff system sucks, and anything else he does sucks so take it for what you will.

Im still going with the system, BUT im not playing any # that has moved more than 3-4 points over the opening line. some discipline has to be applied.

The unlined teams have been horrible last 2 years and dogs of 1 to 3.5 were 5-8 last years. Its 1 to 3.5 not 1 to 3 and 5.

i think he added unders from 145-155 and overs of 157+ or something along those lines. im pretty sure it was something like unders of 115 or less too. dont remember for sure but i know when he said he changed it i played about 80 plays that day and there were definitely some unders

Did anyone track the totals that go over 144.5 and playing the under? curious if they arent in the system if they should be reversed?

the other problem with it now is that people act like savages about it because they have no patience. pounding the lines 2-3 days before the games is what ruined this system. some of these games should be held off until right before tip but people still pound them anyway and it moves games that should be in the system, out of it.
that and the fact that vegas has adjusted lines for sure, has made it not as good as before. when ned said he changed it i went like 53-20 that day. playing the toals is fine but i still made more with the full system wich includes unders and overs of 156 or 157+.

Coastal Carolina Over looks like a NO PLAY. At 145.5 and 146 in most spots 1 minute to tip.

Sorry for the delayed response.

I don't know any of the changes for THIS year, but last year Ned eliminated the over plays when the line was below 125, and added some small favorite criteria to the equation. A friend of mine had some contact with him 12 months ago and discussed the changes. The small favorites did well, but not 65% by any means. The double digit dogs I believe struggled.


I've tried my own hand at backfitting, believing the bracket buster teams with POOR records may perform differently than the original intent of the concept by ESPN. The number have games has rapidly expanded, and in some cases maybe so has the novelty to the .500 teams.

I still like the RU part of the original system, and the overs from 125+-144+. The rest of what I do is more based on my own changes.

Good luck! I wish we could hear more about the changes from Ned himself, but for reasons unknown it looks like we won't be able to team up and win vs. the books.

HORRIBLE beat to start the day.. I had 118.5. Definitely got fouled at the end there, any free throw would have won it. So sick. Not to mention Cleveland State shot 27% for the game and we missed 3 key free throws and 2 easy layups in the final minute and a half. Sooooo sick. Hope that's not a sign of things to come.
