12-8 this week. It sucks finishing things out with my worst day of the week. But if I go 12-8 every week, I’m going to keep turning a profit.

Rangers ML (+150), 1*

Make that two more. I feel like this Rangers price has gotten a little too high.

Blue Jays/Red Sox under 9.5 (-110), 1*

I’m going against the move here. Boston was extremely shorthanded in their bullpen last night, which is why they brought in Campbell in a tight game. He had been on the IL for two months and just got called up that day. Not really a great spot to be in. I think people saw both bullpens struggle last night and are overreacting a bit. Other then Jansen who has pitched three days in a row, everyone will be available for Boston. I think I’m going to pass on the side in this game. Boston is playing really well and Toronto is in a bad way. Seven straight losses for the Jays. They are going to win a game in the near future and this is winnable. I have a couple leans including Detroit. I’m just going to play this under for now. GL

I think we only get 75-80 pitches from Cole tonight. If Peterson can keep it together, the Mets will have a good shot in this one. Heaney has been pitching really well lately for Texas. I’ll take the Rangers again tonight and hope for better results.

Jack Flaherty over 6.5 strikeouts (-146), 1*

This is the number on FD. I am going to also bet his alt strikeout numbers for pizza money. I think this could be a 10 strikeout game for him. 8+, 9+ and 10+ strikeouts are all worth sprinkling some cash on in my opinion. But over 6.5 is the official bet. GL

Mariners ML (-130), 1*

I am fading Ober in this game. This is a big pitching advantage for Seattle. Gilbert has been excellent all season. Ober is coming off his first ever complete game against Oakland. That only dropped his ERA to 4.50, while Gilbert’s is sub 3.00. Minnesota has also been on the west coast for a week now. They could be worn down a bit. This is a step up in class at least on the pitching front, after facing Oakland and Arizona. Seattle beat Tampa on Wednesday to end their losing streak, which I like from a mentality standpoint. All in all, there are a lot of things that point towards the Mariners for me.

It looks like I have righted the ship the last couple days. I will probably add another bet tomorrow. GL

This last two weeks shows how swingy gambling can be. I was 11-4 last Monday-Saturday. Then I went 3-9 Sunday-Tuesday. Now I’m 9-3 the last three days. I am basically back to where I was heading into this past Sunday in terms of profitability, which is the most important thing. I will post any bets I have for tomorrow in the morning.
